Hi all. This is a killer workout for your abs that is done in 10 minutes and there is no rest in order to work out our stomach as efficiently and effectively as possible. Try to reach the end! Even if it doesn't work out, you'll do better next time!
You must perform each exercise for 30 seconds. Since there is no rest in training, do not rush to do the exercises, choose a pace that is comfortable for you so that you can reach the end of the workout! Be sure to watch your breathing during the exercises, do not bend in the lumbar region, and if you feel pain or discomfort, you should stop the exercise.
