Instead of toilet paper, I prefer cleaning myself with water. Would this additional water be fine with a toilet like this?

Seriously if India is to grow up it and be considered a big player in the world scene it must address its serious lack of clean and sanitised residential and public toilets...this is one thing that put’s me off big time from having a holiday in India again, it’s the dirtiest country I have ever visited.
