Thank you so much Brett I hadn't planned yoga after my longer walk. This fit so well Even the arm movements swinging them back (I did this during my walk to help release my thoughts)🎉

I thought Somatic movement was the slow one movement is this partly kundalini as the new one you've done for the anger is kundalini and somatic is that right have I got that right
