The Everton 04/05 one should have been saved for Liverpool. We had 36 points after 17 games (33 after 16 as you did for Spurs). Our 17th game was a 1-0 win over Liverpool.

These comparisons aren't just as simple as "look at the stats, which team has better?" You've got to consider how other teams are playing, confidence, international breaks and even with the world's current climate being a horrible one. It's not as simple as reading stats and stating who's is better so they must have "outperformed" that team

As a Spurs fan, I didn't think we will win the league an I still don't. But I still think We will win the league cup and I still see Spurs as one of the favourites in the Europa league
Even though I hate Spurs, I still hope they beat City in the League Cup final. Mainly because I hate City more, but for other reasons as well. For example, that it would be cool to see Harry Kane MBE and Son lift a trophy.
