VOTE HITC Sport at the Football Content Awards: footballcontentawards.com/202... The Irish Guy takes a look at every Premier League club's most unusual academy player.
I just had to vote for you guys, YEARS and YEARS of amazing content. You guys actually deserve it. One of the best football related youtube channels out here and literally covers EVERY single thing about it.
imma vote, i enjoy this channel very much and irish guy puts a huge amount of effort in and seeing how we've never had to pay a penny for his content, I think it's a fair and nice way to say thankyou
I played in the same school team as Louie Barry I was 17, he was 13 at the time he was our best player by an absolute mile I think he scored near on 60 goals in fifteen games and countless assist, he was leagues above anybody but he wasn't selfish ever. when he got the contract for Barcelona the whole school was brought into the hall and he stood up and told everyone and it was mental. he's a great lad and I feel he could be a premier league star very soon.
Karl Jakub Hein is amazing. I was a goalkeeper in the same school as him and he spent 3 times as much time training and playing than the semi professional players in Estonia. He demonstrated great technique, footwork, and ability to make saves. I am really proud to have been his schoolmate and played with him. Though the sacrifice he made an the monetary input is insane to be noticed by big clubs. I hope he makes it.
Thank you for bringing up Mix, I spent a fare it of time trying to find out why they signed him on a free only to loan him out to some other teams immediately. I eventually read they signed Mix as a payback for his long and great service to New York City FC. Took me bloody ages to find it out but there was a RU-vid video about it.
Very neat concept, would be cool if you also do it to club's current first-team player and maybe club's former player. Eg: Liverpool, milner : Liverpool never lost when he scored. Arsenal, Flamini : co-founder of GF Biochemicals.
Kai Calderbank-Park played a few games on loan at my local side Clitheroe FC in 8th tier of English football. He even kept a clean sheet and made some fantastic saves against Widnes which you can see on their RU-vid channel.
Video Recommendation: The Premier Table if the managers flipped teams according to the current table. For eg., Farke managing Liverpool and Norwich City managed by Klopp. Woke up early for this😅 Edit: I have voted for HITC. Do it guys, no registration required!
Andrew Crofts was signed as a Player-Coach for the Under 23's as one of 3 over-age outfield players permitted under PL2 rules. He's retired from the Senior game and is used to lend an experienced head and leadership to the youngsters. I'm surprised no other clubs thought about doing this
Simon Power spent the second half of this season at King’s Lynn in the national league north, and I know that’s the 6th tier of English football but he was absolute quality , hope he gets a good chance with Norwich and has a great career 👍🏻👍🏻
The Newcastle Longstaff's I knew just due to their dad. He was a legend in UK ice hockey and I used to play against him. He was great. Still shocked to see the lads play football over ice hockey.
For anyone who wants to know about why Croft plays in the youth team, he’s a player manager and I believe the rules for U23 are that you can have 3 players above the age play.
I never bother to vote for anyone when it comes to awards for stuff like RU-vid but with hitc sport I had to vote, these videos are always good banter and cheer me up any day I'm feeling rough and thats when I know it's a good fucking channel to be watching
Irish Guy, do some video about: 1) Every good players from every premier league clubs who had bad statistics on their career 2) One player on every premier league clubs who excel at their club but flopped at other clubs
To answer the question on croft he joined Yeovil at the start of the season but instead of keeping him he went and became a youth coach. At Brighton and there is a rule that means you can play.
Karl Jakob Hein's agent is actually Mart Poom and he convinced him to join Arsenal because he trusted them more because he had played there for a couple of years
voted - even over LS11 leedstv aha . irish guy can you do a video on what you think the championship should do with the rest of the season ? we’re the only league where we don’t know . can’t we just win the title 😭 x
As a Norwich fan and like the Irish team they all look like players that could make it and so could most of are players why are youth academy is so good
as a yeovil fan i guess when they signed crofts from us and paid compensation the for whatever reason kept his contract as a player coach that yeovil signed with him.
Mackenzie hunt started at Everton at 5 year old, when his parents moved to Dubai because of work Mackenzie followed. When parents moved back to uk Mackenzie was 13 and immediately snapped up again by Everton’s youth academy.
I'm pretty sure Mix used to play for NYCFC so he probably got "signed" by Man City as a way of trying to boost NYCFC since they could say they've got players being signed by the biggest clubs in the world
