Week 4 of my Ironman Training Vlog for the 2024 Ironman Chattanooga Race this September.
This was my highest run volume week as I begin to taper for Boston in 2 weeks. I’ve had to train on very low volume while working through injury and sickness, trying to play it safe and am content with how this week went for me.
Week 4:
Monday- Swim/ TT Bike Effort 🏊♂️

Thursday- Tempo Run ⏰
Friday- Swim/ TT Bike Easy🏍️
Saturday- Long Run group ☕️

I race as an age group triathlete in the 35-39 division. My goals are to be competitive within the top of the field and to try to secure world championship qualifications, but at the very least I will be having all of the fun along the way.
