Actually banana and milk both are heavy foods and should be consumed separately but if you excercise regularly or play sports like badminton than it won't harm you.
Banana is not a heavy food. Heavy foods are classified as either with high calories(with low fats like cooked oats) or high cats(nuts). The only heavy fruit is Avocado, grapes and if you include sugar cane juice. 1-2 bananas is not a heavy food.
According to Ayurveda incompatible diet (Virudh ahara) should not be taken in any situation. It may not cause any immediate problem for a person with good digestion but it will cause problem later on. Wrong combination of food not only create digestive problems but many other diseases . (Reference Charak samhita sutrasthan 26 Sushrut sutra sthan 33). Ask any Ayurvedic physician who is successfully treating skin diseases as one of the main reason skin diseases (Ayurveda describe 18 types of skin diseases) is Virudh ahaar consumption.

Kuch logo ko especially girls ko banana milkshake digest karna difficult ho sakta hai. Isliye mana kiya jata hai, but ek aur point hai Ayurveda ka agar aap regular exercise karte ho aur physically active ho toh virudh combinations ko bhi aapmein digest karne ki shamta aa jati hai

Taking Banana Shake with Combination of Oats+Peanut Butter+Chocao Powder+Pea Protein every Evening for 2 years now I even have paneer or Maggie along with shake. Never had any issues.
*Actually in the past they either crushed it or ate it with food that's why it's said to not eat it with milk, but on today's day we have mixers which make it easier to digest!*

I have reached hospital twice during my teenage years after having banana and milk together, both times in a relatives home. So I haven't had that combination for years. But yes many people don't have any problem with it.
But with the passage of time it will create problems ..may be u don't feel direct bloating but digestive system will be hampered in the long run and people who have very gud digestive fire and do physical work may not need even ur suggestion shivesh bhai....
I take banana shake uncounted times and no problem yet but one time I mixed ghee also in banana shake m dala, only one time it made little loose motion
I make pancakes with banana and buttermilk. Also we make Mangalore buns with banana and curds. Btw how are you supposed to consume ghee and banana. Do you mash them together or something else????
