Greetings from Northern Michigan. I’m a detailer in Traverse City MI area. You’re right on the money on all your points about doing a ceramic coating the right way. Stark is good but my go to is Glidecoat. I hope the graphics were applied between the final polish & the coating application. You can apply the graphics to a coating but only after it has cured for at least a week

Hi Thanks for the video. I just have 2 4 foot Grady. I started using Thompson water seal about 2 yeras ago. The darn stuff last over a year and it is a fraction of the cost of ceramic. Thompson water seal can be used on Gel coat without any probelm. The probelsm with the ceramic coating is that a layer of cermic is only a micron in thiskness. I can spunge on as much silicone as I want for a fraction of the costs.

Excellent video. A work crew who are perfectionists is worth the labour cost. I will see a flaw, a crooked picture hanging an imperfection in the surface of a table, wall or object or a dead pixel in a screen. So, the job must be done well, the first time. I absolutely love the new Elli-Yacht scheme. BTW: if the tenders motor isn't locked to the tender. Etching Elli-Yacht and dingy number inside the engine cowling could, if ever stolen, recover the motor. Love the Seattle skyline on the fly deck bulkhead. Have a great week u2.

Having Tyler and team do my boat this Nov. Hope it turns out great but am concerned about the weather aspects this late in the year and getting a good application that will be allowed to cure correctly in the NW late fall time frame. I don't have a covered moorage so fingers are crossed for dry week. What do you think? Great vid as always..

Nice looking work! Did you use a special material for the dinghy registration that is stretchier & stickier on inflated hypalon? How’s it holding? (Btw, I’ve heard some folks refrain from naming their tenders with obvious associations to the mothership as a security precaution. Other folks go with security systems, boobietraps, and explosive devices…im presuming you guys are the latter 😉)

Yup, we have all of the mentioned security devices. 😜 The carbon lettering is wrap. As you noted, it won’t stick to hypalon. They applied it to a black decal backing that adheres to hypalon. So far it’s really on there. Fingers crossed

How do you like the chrome used for the name? Do you find it glaring when the sun hits it? Trying to decide when the chrome or silver here

We love it! It looks great and it doesn’t glare much in the sun. Prism Graphics did a great job.
