A bunch of us found the original video so funny that 9 months ago I decided I wanted to turn it into an animation. The idea evolved from animating it to games like Rainbow Six Siege, then Overwatch, but I eventally decided to go back to the roots of the video and animate to it using the classic Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 2 characters. Also, what better timing to create such a cartoon while LGBTQ+ are celebrating pride month and people aren't taking COD seriously due to the massive amount of issues surrounding the Activision Blizzard servers, hacker exploits and glitches. Plus the new Modern Warfare season update and the new Warzone map is right around the corner, it’s perfect!
I hope you enjoy this new video anyway! I've got a new Modern Warfare 2 animation planned about the DMZ mode in Warzone. If this one does well then I'll definitely make it! It will be pretty funny and trigger a lot of relatable moments.
Edit: unfortunately DMZ got cancelled so the funny animation won't happen until Infinity Ward announce a new edition of DMZ for their new Call of Duty game in 2026. For now, it's all about Call of Duty Black Ops 6!
