dont forget to treat yourselves to a nice holiday when u come out the other side, ive just celebrated 1 year clean from oxy and treated myself to a holiday in the sun. well worth it , and the fight is worth it, the bad times dont last forever, if u spend time thinking about depression it stands to reason that u are gonna get depressed, the minds a powerful tool , try to push that aside, and u will push through to the other side, well worth the fight,a friend of mine has just been diagnosed with terminal cancer, he has 2 young kids, that kinda puts things into perspective, there are people going through worse than us. good video. cheers

Yes, yes the fight is worth it. I've been off opiates for two months now-not truly out the woods yet-but every day gets better. Before I was an opiate addict I was an exercise addict. I rediscovered my enthusiasm for exercise again and it has helped me no end. I have my zest for life back that in my darkest day in withdrawal I thought I would never experience again. It's the little things that matter now, not my next fix. Also these videos have been really helpful.

Not gonna lie, it has been a rough eye opening 5 months while getting clean. Today i found out another one of my friends from highschool and his girlfriend overdosed and passed away last night. im sick of all these funerals but use the people who took all their potential and future to the grave as motivation to get clean and not be another addict losing your life prematurely. "The wealthiest place of knowledge and potential on Earth is the graveyard."

I was clean for 6 weeks after watching all Ryan's videos and taking calm support plus many vitamins and extreme healthy eating. I cracked 1 day and I'm back in it even worse now, snorting 150mg of roxy each day and even worse I gota move to a different apartment and go on a 2 week trip to Asia in 8 days so I can't start my WD rn, only taper. When I get back I'm going to fight and quit this forever I'm so sick of it! I know I can beat it again but this time for good, thanks Ryan for continuing to make videos and believe in stupid ppl like me who quit and get slip up, and go back i to hell again...

Hello I just started watching your videos I commented 1 time when I was trying to stop taking hydros and any other opiates besides heroin. I'm going in again for the win to be free . This time I feel different though I actually really want to quit . I can't put my finger on exactly what flipped a switch in my head but it flipped. I want this more then anything in the world . Ian so exhausted with it . Im writing on a memo pad in red ink all capital letters yelling at myself on paper . Writing things like YOU MUST STOP THIS ! SAY NO ! YOU CAN PROVE THEM WRONG! and many other little quotes. Your videos are pushing me as well I just shared it with her and she wants this to for me . Today is day 1 starting this min I'm going to change my life . IDK what triggered this so much but I like it . I'm going to win this time I have no more time in my life for this . Please pray for me I don't want this anymore. it's been a long time coming. Thankyou

Great video Ryan... as of today... 1yr off of opiates as well as all other mind and mood altering substances including alcohol... someone had this talk with me a year ago when I came off zubsolv, apparently you really can tell who will make it and who will not... really great topic keep fighting the good fight!
