Enjoyed the kwik review. Been wondering if some sound deadening insulation can be added to the underside of the hood and firewall. I hadve been concerned about the window sticker mileage ratings, but continue to hear that, when driven conaervatively, mpg is quite good. Thanks for the review.
I owned 2 SRT-4s. Mine were definitely noisy at low rpm. The exhaust in the SRT-4 helped a lot. That base motor is what I’m really referring to. Loved the SRT-4 though.
I've got an XLT, I like it just fine if I wanted an off road truck I would buy a taco trd. But to each there own. There was one tremor on the ford lot by my house for a day and it sold lol, it was probably sold before it got the lot.
@@revnation_auto I can see that. It does seem for day to day things the Maverick kills it. The bed isn't useless, it can tow and hull. And ya the tremor does have a sweet AWD system. I use my Maverick a lot for diy, I've towed a Chevy Malibu and I've even had 1500lbs in the back. The thing is a great all around ute.
I disagree on the engine noise. I have a tremor and I rarely noticed engine noise unless I’m outside the vehicle. I have the luxury package but I don’t think that would make any difference and I have never owned a vehicle with a four-cylinder. My son had a Ford focus, which was very loud.
