Is Your Liver Dying? 17 Critical Symptoms You Must Know! | Healthy Care Disclaimer: this video is for educational purposes only, so do speak to your doctor if you have any medical conditions.
I found out I have fatty liver and I have taken action. I've lost 48 pounds so far. And I stopped a lot of bad habits. I've also brought my A1c down from 9.6 to 6.5 in only 3 months. I have Congestive Heart Failure and COPD along with Diabetes. I was only 34 when I was put on oxygen. I want to be here for my grandchildren as long as possible. My faith in God keeps me on track and helps me keep a sound mind. 💜🙏🏻💜
@@allthebest744 thank you for saying that. I find it hard sometimes to give myself a pat on the back. I'm doing my best to regain my health and that is something to be proud of. 😁 💛☮️💛
do you still have your gallbladder? gallstones and fatty liver both at same time is a very strong indication for low Bile Production. I asked my doctor a prescription for bile and he said sure, lets get that gallbladder out and we will have you on bile. He was serious, i fired him and bile is actually cheap, OTC. i bought some online.
Well done Melanie for taking control and bringing your A1c down. I’m about to change my diet and hopefully lose a number of pounds and bring my blood results down to a normal range. If you watch Dr Jason Fung he helps people reverse type 2 diabetes. Good luck to you and yours 😊
Solution: Start going to the gym 3 times a week minimun; Eliminate all sodas, excessive alcohol, excessive junk food, and start cooking at home more often if you can; walk for 10 minutes minimun everyday; limit TV and if your job is in an office, try to walk once every 3 hours. Drink 3 glasses or more of water everyday. Eat more veges, avoid stress, clubs, and toxic people. You're welcome.
@@yasminenazarine1629do you sit hours for your job? I do and developed back pain. I focused on using an indoor bicycle to work the lower back muscles. After many months, the back pain went away. It might be worth a try for you.
@@yasminenazarine1629 back pain is caused by many factors. But poor posture and sitting often (like in an office job) can cause it. Many older men tend to walk in a hunched manner for years and then when its too late, they start working out with poor posture and back pain. I used to have it too until I started to include pulldowns and pullups in my workouts.
I appreciate all the info this YT channel provides, not just on this video. I know they have to say "consult a doctor first" for legal reasons but that's laughable if you live in the United States. Doctors here know nothing about nutrition and even if they did they would not tell a patient about the things in this video. They would prescribe a drug which would then further damage the liver but provide the doctor with extra income. On top of that, our politicians are in control of our food production, allowing countless substances that are banned elsewhere in the world into our food during processing or are sprayed on by farmers. Doctors and politicians are profiting from our terrible health and the obesity epidemic.
18:54 six foods to include: turmeric with black pepper, whole grains flax, oat bran, chia, coffee, olive oil, fruits especially avocado 🥑, cruciferous vegetables!
@@chucky3285 That my dear is misinformation. There are many doctors who advocate the carnivore diet (Dr Ken D. Berry MD and Dr Shawn Baker MD being two of them)and many people who can testify that they have managed to reverse inflammation in their bodies through it. Do a bit of research and you will see it has successfully reversed conditions that people receive treatment for from pharma. MS, Fibromyalgia, even Dementia. You know why people get Dementia? Their brains are starved of animal fats. Animal fats aren't the enemy. Refined carbs are. If carnivore was the enemy, then my parents wouldn't be living healthy, illness and disease free lifestyles in their 80s.
I'm astonished about your ignorance about saturated fat. Fat, especially saturated fat never made anyone fat. Seed oils on the other hand are one of the two most dangerous foods on the market and should be banned. The other is sugar.
I'm 70, been a Type 2 Diabetic since 1990. My Doctor told me I had the liver of a teenager! How , I been taking NAC since Covid became an issue. I take everyday religiously.
I value the comprehensive explanation of the important liver symptom and how to avoid it. Moreover, the advantages and disadvantages of foods, beverages, fruits, and vegetables. It's critical to understand. Thanks again,
One of my friends has hepatic stenosis and it's bc of all the sodas she had over her lifetime. Here In the south, all they do is eat fried food, sugar n salt. Sugar, in all its forms, is bad for you. Highfructose corn syrup is the true culprit. Change in diet is imperative, it's not just exercise n weight loss
With the onset of the pandemic, many have resorted to natural remedies, diy remedies, and herbal tinctures. However, most of the tinctures are concocted using alcohol. Is the alcohol in tinctures causing liver disease or hepatic liver?

Sugar, excess carbohydrates and alcohol of all sorts create a toxic liver. The liver becomes inflamed if diet is not changed to more vegetables and eliminate of processed and hydrogenated foods and gmo grains, seeds and elimination of vegetable, seed, canola oils. Exercise 30 mins a day
I just checked the ingredients in the vitamin e and vitamin d3. The first ingredient listed in each vitamin bottle lable is vegetable oil and soybean oil.
Ive never been overweight I cant imagine how a body gets to this point. Growing up it was rare to see an obese person. I personally can see how that changed The Food Changed and so did people High Fructose corn syrup in everything and canola oils too. I dont eat this way Europe doesnt eat this way and they don't have these problems.
@@waltermessines5181 Europeans are not Obese like Americans Not even close and thats more of what I was referring to. Personally my liver is not bad at 57yo I had my blood work done in Jan and I had no markers for concern. I never take Tylenol and I also do not drink or take any RX drugs. The liver can heal but people have to do the work.
If you believe fruits contribute to fatty liver, you're misinformed. The Body assimilates natural fruit sugar completely different than high fructose corn syrup. Fruits is even healthier than veggies.
Thank you for your information. I have HEPATIC STEATOSIS. HAVE ALL THESE SYMPTOMS AND DISEASES. HiGH BP, ( ON DILTIAZEM ) DIABETES, CLOTTING ISSUES, ( ON ZARELTO ) PAIN ON NECK AND SHOULDER, AM OVERWEIGHT, HAVE HASHIMOTOS, ITCHING ALL OVER MY BODY. NO JAUNDICE YET.
People eating out a lot, there weren't many places to eat out in the 80s and 90s. Plus, eating junk food and fatty foods are compared to home cook meals.
I've had an itchy, bruise like spot under my right peck (chest) for 3 years now. Could this be the liver? Anyone have this before? It looks like a bruise and is occasionally very itchy. I am a little overweight (about 20 lbs) and I used to take meds when I was younger that could damage the liver.
the most dangerous are long chain sugars. Syroup is added everywhere, most honeys are fake. During heat waves, my honey turned into syroup and a strange rocky staff, purchased from ASDA, but also from organic small farms. (They sold in jars, and much cheaper in 15kg buckets, I always bought in bulk)
The voice is talking about the pain in the right shoulder and the illustration is showing pain in the left shoulder.. I frequently get pain in the left shoulder..so should I consider it as a symptom of fatty liver ? which one is correct ? right or left ? please clarify....
N-acetyl cysteine (NAC) comes from the amino acid L-cysteine. Amino acids are building blocks of proteins. NAC has many uses and is an FDA approved drug. N-acetyl cysteine is an antioxidant that might play a role in preventing cancer. As a drug, it's used by healthcare providers to treat acetaminophen (Tylenol) poisoning. It works by binding the poisonous forms of acetaminophen that are formed in the liver.
Wish I could heal and know what to do foodwise praying for direction and healing for so long and Just getting worse and more disease and uncurable progressive damage
Avoid eating bread, pasta, sugar and processed foods. Just eat fresh veggies and fruits, eggs, salmon, sardines in olive oil and occasional Chicken and beef cook only in olive oil. Never use any vegetable oil and seed oil. Eat only 2 meals a day and daily walking exercise and you will feel much better. I am on this routine and 32 pounds lighter and feeling and looking better. Avoid toxins like smoking and alcohol, other chemical exposure are bad for our liver to metabolized. Good luck!
@@zenaidaortega3311 i need more meals but eating very clean...but still worsening and so many opinions like medical medium, sally k norton, weston price, aip etc etc..i ruined my life
I found out I have fatty liver The bottom of my feet itches often My right ear always clog ,can't hear well , Also I get stabbing pains in my eyes fr dryness My fatty liver getting worse daily I don't eat bad or drink 😢
Stop all alcohol consumption, its a fallacy to tell people who are at risk to "cut down" because for many, they dont know how progressive it can be, due to the numbing effect and neuropathy that alcohol can cause. Also artificial sweeteners, cut it out and drink healthy water. I hope people can make these small change to have big improvements in their life.
First 4 symptoms are found in Stomach not working properly. Loss of appetite, nausea and pressure abdomen still belong to stomach conditions. Herpes zoster, blurry vision, ascites are also linked to damaged liver function.
Pretty much all the symptoms I'm having put my pains and stuff are on the left side I've been telling my doctor for months and months about this but everything comes back fine it literally feels like someone is blowing up a balloon up underneath the left side of my rib cage like something keeps pushing pressure on my lungs but nobody can find anything wrong
Like damn near every show ive tried to watch is jammed with COMMERCIALS.. you gotta get the word out fast.or the rest is COMMERCIALS. Last 2 weeks is COMMERCIALS. Therefore im show surfing.fjb and smiley.
Awful lot of repetition. It was up to 15 minutes before we got advice on how to avoid the problem. And if you say a symptom is pain in the right shoulder, don't show a man rubbing his LEFT shoulder, which you did, twice. Finally got to some good suggestions, but avoiding all sugar should have come first, as it's the key cause: alcohol and all carbohydrates become a sugar hit for the poor old liver.
I grew up in Thailand. In the 90s up until early 2000, most people are slim and you would envy the waist lines of both men and women. It was hard to find a "fat Thai" then. There was even a joke back then, if the person looks like Thai but fat... it's a Filipino😂Being part Filipino, I find it funny.😂 However, Western and European foods that are junk or fattening started becoming more popular. More restaurants of such opened, the Thais living levelled up. It means they can afford to eat more and got attracted to junk. Thailand now is the second country in Southeast Asia with obesity problems. Many Thais have gotten really big, as in not just fat but to the point of level 2-3 obesity.
