This is the first time I fully understand the benefits of eating egg. I was adviced by somebody that I should avoid egg yolk and chicken skin because of its high cholesterol level. No wonder my daughter eats 3 eggs as breakfast. Thank you. I am enlightened.

I lost more than 12 kilos po doc in 3 months time. I did at firs No carbs, no sweets, no cola drinks. I just eat salad and more of proteins, meat, fish eggs. My drinks are only, black coffee, black tea, warm water and salabat no sugar at all. Praise the Lord nawala po lahat yung mga sakit ko. I am doing tiktok at the moment as my exercise instead of doing zumba, coz i realy have to practice the dances that i am going to upload. I am doing well this time. No rice for more than 3 months now. Kaya pala. Thanks for your motivation. I can live without rice at all. Hopefully tuloy2 na po ito.😇😇🥰🥰 thank you po talaga for all your tips.
I agree with Doc. Egg lang kami sa AM. Most of the time hard boiled egg nga lang and then we eliminate ang rice dahan dahan. Hindi masyado sa mga kids kasi hinahanap pa madalas. But less na ang consumption.
Hi Dra salamat at nakita ko video mo . Mejo mahina kc immune system ko may problem ako sa lungs madali akong uubuhin at di ako nawawalan ng sipon. Katatapos ko lang matrangkaso at pagaling na ako gusto ko sana na mag start na ng no carb meal pwd kaya Doc .Im already 69 and 70 this May of 2022. I'm hoping na sana maayos ang health issue ko. I’m very happy listening all your tips & i’m eager enough to be one of your low carb or keto follower..but i’m a type 2 diabetic , with fatty liver , high cholesterol & lately enlargement of the heart . I have my maintenance meds , glyzambi 25 mg/5mg for diabetic , atorvastatin 10mg & clopidogrel 75 mg ..So with all these illnesses , pls help me . Ang alam ko by reading intermett fasting, growth hormon is spiking higher, when u in fasting, kasi ako training to build muscle, without eating, i do omad, 24 hrs then i eat 1 meal kasi i work evning skift Jan ako nagugutom pag off kona, pero sa umga at hapon hindi po ako nagugutom, i go to the gym with empty stomach form 13:00 to 15:00 pm

I eat once a day (OMAD diet) or twice a day. And you are right. All you need to stop eating refine carbs and sugar. I cut my sugar intake I do eat sugar but makes sure is Stevia. I eat chocolates but I am eating sugar free (Stevia leafs). I even lower my blood pressure by using this. Just waiting for my Doctors appointment next week and ask my doctor to stop my prescription.
