Ang galing mo Doc. Im a senior citizen, I have GERD and I always feel hungry. Almost 3 weeks na sumasakit tiyan ko. Hindi ako makapagpa check up because of pandemic. May depression na ko kasi I live alone. Nagtry ako kagabi lng and its true. Today hindi ko na nararamdaman gutom lagi. God bless you.

Hi doc salamat isa ako sa mga silent followers mo 🥰🥰🥰 thank u doc dami kong natutunan sa mga videos mo .totoo yan sinasabi mo doc na pag inalis mo ang carbohydrates matagal ka gutomin basta kain ka lng ng meat or chicken eggs . Subok ko na rin kaya agree ako sa mga sinasabi mo doc😊nag omad na ako 5 times omad in a week kaya naman kahit papaano minsan nga umabot pa ng 26 hours fasting.

Hello Doc. I'm your avid follower. Always viewing ur video about LCIF.. It helps a lot to me & my husband.imagine we started first having low carb 5 months ago pero prang mbagal ang pgbaba ng aming timbang..until we both decided to try no rice since dec.1 up to the present ..to our surprise tha result was amazing I'm 72 yrs old weighing before 67.7kls .now for only 45 days it drops to only 62 kls.. my husband also is 72 yrs old .before he is 91.7kls but now its 81 kls to be exact..very impressive talaga..in addition to that before starting low carb ngpa labtest kmi..high ang aming cholesterol.Fbs,triglycerides at uric.pero the other day ngpa labtest kmi ng husband ko..we're very thankful kc naging normal lhat..so again salamat sa inyo Doc.continue to share the benefits of life without rice..

Yes nakakagutom doctora kapag puro gulay karne nakasanayan na kasi sa kanin pero pero isipin mo f gusto mo gumaling isipin mo na hindi ka gutom habang ngpapasting ka diba tulad ko 1week na ako ng start ng low carb salamat kay docrora

True, pag nasanay ka na wala lang rice hindi ka na laging gutom. Nawala din skin allergy ko Ang nag normalize BP ko. Bawal saken Ang eggs dati, now I eat 2-3eggs a day. I do keto diet/low carb diet and 16-18hours before... My weight was 70kg, after 4-5mos naging 63kg but I stopped the diet Kase nagka COVID Ako, natakot Ako baka humina resistensya ko. Now, I'm 70kg again, and I want to go back sa low carb Kase magaan sa pakiramdam, kyalang medyo mahirap pag nag start ulit... Matinding self discipline Ang kaylangan...

tortang cabbage ang dinner ko with 2 eggs,coffee sa umaga sa lunch naman 2 boiled egg at kung anong ulam isda o karne.Basta mag 1 month na ako no carbs,im so amaze lang talaga dahil di ka palagi gutom nahirapan lang ako sa 1st week ko pero ngayon dedma ako sa kanin.

I use cauliflower instead rice or potatoes. Simply boil/steam the cauliflower and mash it like you do potatoes. You may add a bit of cream and some butter or margarine. Its delish

I can testify to that Doc,i feel better now that I don’t consume rice bread noodles and pasta and other starchy carbs . Since I started to follow life without rice, i lost weight and my inflammations are gone.

Hi doc.very true po yung dinidiscuss nyo.akala ko nga di ko kya ang walng rice.kusang umayaw akong wala ng 3 weeks na.kung gusto ko ng bread gumgwa ako ng sarili ko using coconut flour.i dont crave on bread na rin...give up ko na rin yung mga transfat oil....di ako nkkramdam ng gutom kya na nggwa ko ang intermitent fasting din .need lang determination,sacrifice dn t stick to your goal...slamat po ..now sugar level is normal na.God bless your advocacy.dobrang nkkinspire.

have been doing lowcarb since oct.2021, bawas cravings. usually tmad or omad na lang amg meal per day. no more inflammation from arthritis. mas doon siya nagsspike kapag napapakain ng bawal which is carbs/seed oils. salamat doc jgc. stay lowcarb stay safe guys!

Yes Ineng, may mga pamamaraan na low cost na masustansya. Nagprito ako ng tinapa,tapos nag his ako ng payola, nalagyan ko ng luya ayos nA. Ang sekreto ko sa low carbs ay pagkakain ko ay nagkakayod ako ng Pepino green cucumber. Busog na busog nA ako diyan na need ng rice.

yes its true, im on my 3rd week now and pati cravings ko sa coffee na hirap ako inumin pamalit sa gutom, nawala din. thankyou so much doc:-). Im on my OMad, akala ko di ko makakaya pero nung sinunod ko yung safe food list nakaya ko.:-)

Yes,nawala po ang pamamaga ng paa ko at pananakit ng kasu kasuan ko ng mag LCF sa loob lamang ng 3 araw na tuloy tuloy kita muna yung epekto mayroon po akong rhumatoid atritish auto immune desease.

Thanks a lot Doctora,. We remove our brown rice and wheat bread intake , all fruits and root crops food. Amzing po talaga kasi nag 89 po ang blood sugar ng husband ko.. eto lang po pala ang sagot... Thanks a lot po for sharing..

I have more time to prepare gourmet and high quality meal kasi isang meal lang eh. Enjoy na enjoy ako sa karne. It's so amazing na hindi talaga gugutumin during the day when I eat more meat. Parang magic.
