This is a homemade rum & raisin ice cream recipe, quick easy and delicious using ingredients that you probably have at home, this will put a special touch on Mother’s Day so please try this recipe and don’t forget to give the video a thumbs up, share, comment and subscribe for more delicious recipes

Here are the ingredients used:
1 quart of heavy whipping cream
1 1/4 tin condensed milk
1/4 cup creamer (for extra creaminess but it’s totally optional )
1 cup raisin (soaked in 1/4 cups rum)
1 tablespoon vanilla
Freeze overnight and enjoy
4 the Appleton dark rum

Yes you can check the bigger supermarket like mega mart, shoppers fair and so on, I really hope you can find it so you can try this recipe and remember you don’t have to use the exact brand, you can use any heavy whipping cream or double cream will do as well

Hi joe, good morning. You can use vegan condensed milk but it’s hard to come by, unless you can order from Amazon
