Loved the finger snap Cassie! Great work you two. Can’t wait to see it on the water. Edit: Lighter colors hide imperfections (just look at a white or baby blue truck/car vs dark blue or black).
The boat looks fabulous !!! My daughter has been working summers at a boat dealership that sells expensive bass boats. They sell 21' boats that can cost well over $200K. She is not an especially compulsive type when it comes to fit & finish but is appalled by some of the poor workmanship she has seen. The manufacturer is also terrible when it comes to honoring their warranty. Thanks for the video update !!!
We are striving for perfection but at some point we have to accept the imperfections and move forward. We are our own warranty and if we have any troubles in the future only we are to blame. But we are also comfortable fixing and modifying as needed. One of the many benefits of building ourselves. Thanks for following along 😊
Little disappointed in lack of video on constructing but hey i understand you do what ya have to for yourselves. Keep moving forwards as you wish. Best wishes for all future adventures.
Unfortunately it takes equal amounts of time to record and edit as it does to actually build. With full time jobs on top of boat building we had to let the majority of build videos go. Thanks for following the journey even if patchy at this point. 😊
If we build another one it will not be fiberglass. Lmao 🤣 I personally have some ideas in mind but I don’t know if Cassie is on board with another epic project in our future. (For now at least) lol. Thanks for following along 😊
Looks awesome you two! Great progress as well. Looking forward for the next update. :D As for me I sold the 44' boat and my house, and bought a 54' steel ex-tuna boat turn into a pleasure craft and am living full time aboard her in the PNW.
Hey Captain Donny been a while. Sad to hear about the sale of such an epic project but I’m sure enjoying and exploring the PNW is worth the exchange. Hope all is well with you. 😊
Looking really good. You’ve come a really long way, I like the layout and comfort you’ve made in a fairly small boat. And I’m frankly quite glad you spared me some time looking at the very repetitive work week after week. 😉Keep up the good work and don’t overdo it if you are happy then everybody else should be happy.
