The other issue with the billboard was that it was deliberately ‘copying’ because he knew Howard would get a court order for him to remove it which would lead to him getting to pull the rescue con on TV.

Another great reaction, Andrea. :-) The guy who shot the video is a University of New Mexico [UNM] student. Cast your mind back: Just after 'Jimmy' had unsuccessfully tried to interest a dozen journalists in the negative decison a judge delivered about his billboard, the director showed the back of a female UNM student, and that gave 'Jimmy' the idea to use students to film the video. The reason for the con at the beginning (with that Rolex) was to foreshadow the con over the billboard 'rescue'. Good as it is now, the show just gets better with each episode. Can't say more without posting spoilers!

They made it pretty clear that it was a con. The guy says, "What took you so long?" to Jimmy right before the handshake, which is not something somebody would say to a guy who just risked his life to save him.

Anytime he got some decent amount of money throughout this series I always wondered why he would never get a new car. Anything would be better than that hunk of junk!

I feel bad for Jimmy because he really does work for his clients but never gets a break. His downfall is that he was a scammer growing up and reverts back to that to get ahead. Chuck knows his brothers past and doesn't trust Jimmy which is unfortunate, he nevers gives Jimmy a break ether.Tough love between brothers... Kim is the best!
