It’s expected that, after each sides rests, the defense will make a motion for acquittal bc the State “didn’t meet its burden.” It seems that with every case I watch, the defense attorneys get more and more and MORE deluded! I really did lol after watching this dude!
Even if Jimmy only did the driving are we to believe he had no idea what the trip was for. As for his girlfriend, it came in that he was a good Father to her children and she recently found out she was pregnant. The defense wants the Jury to believe that she lied to help put her provider in Jail for $400. Where's the proof? It was Jimmy's right not to take the stand and it can't be used against him. Even so, if Wright's story is so flimsy and no evidence links him to the murder why doesn't the Choirboy take the stand and clear his name.
My opinion is that Jimmy’s lawyers tried to coach him as to how the state would cross examine him if he were to take the stand and he wouldn’t be credible under that examination. So his lawyers advised him to not take the stand.

I don't understand. The defense moved for acquittal and state responded on Friday and judge came in at the start of this denied the motion. Then the jury came in and they are making another verbal motion again in front of the judge? What's going on?
Hi from Avril in the UK , no doubt in my mind he,s guilty remember he asked his girlfriend to get rid of his overalls ,why would he do that if he didn't do it or wasn't involved in the murder it's obvious
And putting his cell phone in a water fountain to destroy the data. And then he smashed his phone and had it thrown on the side of a road. Normal people wouldn’t do that to an expensive cell phone. His hair DNA was found on the jump suit he had discarded on the side of the road. He bought souvenirs from his Florida grip. Then he throws his new shoes from Walmart in the garbage. Just because they couldn’t find if Jimmy had a burner phone too doesn’t mean Jimmy isn’t guilty. His jump suit from his work place is very much convicting. His email from his cell phone that was synced to the Garmin gps device is also credible evidence he was there on the trip to Florida.
It was enough for him to be there. By doing this he assisted in the crime wether he actually murder dr Sievers or not. Proscecutor is going for conspiracy.
