@@Theboss-tb9nh Please watch his toughest matches. You'll appreciate Floyd technical skills. If Floyd did was all running, he wouldn't have achieve 50-0. Rather you like him as an individual or not, you cannot dismiss or undermine his technical skills.
@@kalterkakaozumfruhstuck1515 you fucking idiot. a wrestler like khabib or even kevin lee would literally kill floyd in a street fight or in the cage. put yoel romero and sergey kovalev in a cage and see what happens
@@atillacnar5785 grappling in a Streetfight?? Dumb idea!! I guarantee you, Mike Tyson at his Prime, would have knocked out just about every MMA fighter on the Street!
@@kalterkakaozumfruhstuck1515 either you cant use your brain or cant read and understand shit. What would ben askren do in a street fight ofc he would grapple like he always does. And believe me dude mike would get killed by mirko 2 kicks to the fucking legs
@@kalterkakaozumfruhstuck1515 If you think Mike tyson would beat an elite UFC fighter you're as delusional as one could be.. Boxers know only how to use their fists (even THAT is restricted), they know nothing about elbows, knees, kicks and dont get me started on jiu jitsu and wrestling. Moreover they only know how to defend themselves above the belt (and only from the fists). Also you mentioned "grappling in a Streetfight?? Dumb idea!!"... Boy if a wrestler/bjj fighter took you down (which he definitely would since you're a boxer and dont know shit about takedowns) he would handle you like a child (even that is an understatement). Boxers are no doubt good fighters, but in a real fight they dont even come close to MMA fighters.
@@iuhjuy1094 because they don’t practice kicking like other martial arts. Their legs aren’t weak by any means, they just don’t train them to take hits/get tougher (which is what happens when you practice kicking all day in addition to punching)
@@thomasweeden2683 we train our legs too, not just for strength. There are too many aerobics trainings which mimics kicking, it's great for our endurance too. We may not know how to land a proper kick, buy i assure you that we can adopt to it really fast. I personally think our biggest weakness is we don't know that much about wrestling and we don't have any training to mimic that at least.
Rok Kai I don’t think some of the things he said were true, specifically against conor, conor isn’t taking him down, cmon conor hasn’t taken anyone down, but the kicks would be deadly
Lakehouse 160 well why wouldn’t Conor take him down? Conor is more comfortable striking but when he’s so much more skilled than his opponent it’s not really even a risk
@@lakehouse1607 Hes done takedowns before hes not bad at it, its just his takedown defense is bad. His takedowns are above average and hell resort to that if he wants to, or just to do it for fun and fuck floyd up even more

I actually saw a whole goddamn fight without actually seeing a fight. Joe's passion while the verbal walkthrough is just amazing. And I am really happy that he mentioned Garcia.
Have you seen Joe kick? Fuck me, he'd blast a hole through Mayweather like a shotgun blast. Havent paid for UFC in years but I'd buy the PPV, DVD, poster, and fucking tshirt to see that fight happen.
Savage MindZ when you have a mass of followers and recognition you have that privilege of asking for what amount you’d do it for. No one is trying to see a nobody fight for that much money it wouldn’t make sense.
Basically, Conor has a lifetime of MMA experience and they’re debating if he can beat a 40+ year old man with 6-8 months experience. You can ride a skateboard? Okay go play Chris Cole.
one fake fight in boxing where they had to save Floyds life into a real fight where Conor murders him. if he even makes it out of that fight alive we all know that Vince McMahon doesnt really like black guys winning over white guys and if he cant decide by that he will just look at who is bigger and more sweaty
_____ really? Then i dont know how to explain to myself a man turning his back on his opponent and turtling up like he was hiding from a granade. Or even better getting his belly dug in and wobbling back against the corner
I can't believe there are people actually try to argue mma vs boxing. It's this simple (assume similar time spent in each sport): in the cage with mma rules, 99/100 boxer will get destroyed. In the ring by boxing rules MMA fighters stands almost no chance. In a physical street fight, which allows one to use all fighting styles and limbs, which one comes closer to it? MMA or boxing? Boxer is much more restrictive to all that a human being can do to damage the other person. It loses on range and power (Mike Tyson's punch doesn't match up to a regular kick from a typical kick boxer), it loses on clinch/which will turn into grappling. Everything else is per case speculation. We are talking over all in general. I dunno why people are debating this. And there so many people doesn't know wtf they are talking about. Mike Tyson himself during an interview describing how hard Donovan Razor Ruddock's punch "He punches like a **** mule kick". Look it up, when Tyson wants to describe how hard someone punches, he uses a kick term. Even one of the hardest puncher in history knows the kick is way way stronger.
Mike Tyson’s punch doesn’t match up to a regular kick?? People who make comments like these haven’t been in a real fight. Tyson would literally destroy any kickboxer....give Tyson some leg conditioning for a few months and he would run through the MMA world no problem. Kickboxers ain’t more gifted they just practiced a different skill which no1 cares about
@@KD-yb4xu I'm just talking power (do I even need to mention range). When it comes to actual movement and technique we don't know how he would do vs a top kick boxer or Muay Thai fighter. Feel free to research any scientific source, talk to any fight trainer or fighters, even keyboard warriors on a pro-boxing forum regarding power of kick vs punch. Can Mike Tyson beat an average kick boxer in a fight? likely. Can he punch as hard as they can kick? maybe vs a 16 year old kicker. Can he punch harder than an average Joe's kick? Depends: 120pound guy doing a bad round house or a 180lb+ doing a mule kick. I'm talking scientifically power vs power since who wins in an actual fight is too theoretically that it's is all scenario probability and meaningless to argue about. A Top Boxer manage to slip into range and start throwing hands? bye bye kick Boxer. Kick Boxer lands a frontal kick to the stomach, liver, S plexus or neck/head, or knee. Bye boxer. Boxer gets into a clutch with someone who knows decent grappling of any kind? say good bye to your joints or air flow in 3min.
What makes anyone think that a boxer couldn't street fight? The best came from the hood and had something going on .. polished later by ring training. MMA should be boxing-wrestling .. not this beat em while they're down crap. In any boxer vs mma fighter street fight, with both of similar ranking in their sport respectively, I'll take the boxer.
@Micah Bell Whatever douche. Fast hands come with fast reflexes .. a boxing prerequisite. Your simple mind has been polluted and your dismal standards lowered by the so called "boxing" in the mma.
then they gonna go on all the talk shows to talk about it. then they gonna write a book, then the floyd vs conor video game.. they gonna milk all the money out of this bitch
This is why Joe is the voice announcer for ufc and has his own podcast. He knows how to really make every conversation and what he’s talking about so vivid and very entertaining. Ur awesome joe I saw every detail of that explanation 🔥
kevin bergeron gentes it’s funny conners Gun down the side says “desert eagle .50” and down the side of Floyd’s it’s “replica” quite the predicament there in now eh??

@@ejc10yearsago85 Actually in a street fight I would put my money on Paul. Dont like the kid but he can wrestle his ass off on top of being a decent boxer. The comparison is dumb though anyway, dont know why people are trying to pressure boxers to go into MMA, completely different compitision.
@Laoch yeah, and Stipe looked like a grenade had gone off in his face while Francis barely had a mark on him. LOL All Stipe could do was hold him down against the fence and bore the fuck out of the crowd for 5 rounds. Let them go at it again and let's see. Francis will be tougher to deal with this time.
With how smart and talented Floyd was in boxing, I have no doubt if we reverse the time lines and make him do MMA instead, that he could of been a very talented fighter. With his athletics, work ethic and ability to analyze the meta and adapt, he would of definitely been a top rate fighter. But the dude is getting old now, He's already spent his entire life perfecting one style, it's way to late for him to join the scene even as a show fighter.
All this George Floyd stuff in the media constantly had me so confused when I saw the clip title in recommended; I forgot Mayweather existed for a few seconds lol
Migatte no Gokui Goku why not feed Conor to him. Conor has been inactive for fucking 2 years... after that floyd fight he got drunk and got traffic tickets and all and drinks everyday ... he’s literally scared shitless to fight now.. he needs time to rebuild his confidence that mayweather destroyed
Honestly IF Floyd goes MMA please let it be against Khabib. Against McTapper it would be like 2 girls fighting eachother. Khabib would SMASH Floyd badly.
Boxer vs mma.. a boxer gets destroyed in mma cage and a mma fighter gets destroyed in boxing ring. You just can't switch the sports they've been practicing for long af
Connor McGregor, although not known for his grappling skills, is going to tackle Mayweather right away, mount him, and rain elbows down on his face and dome. Welcoming Mayweather to the brutal sport of MMA, properly.
