Extremely helpful video. No fluff, and the title says it all. Audio could have been a little better, as when you walked away from the camera, the volume dropped off significantly. Four out of five stars sir.
Holy crap !!! Thanks!!! Just have a snowblower attachment installed and I’m going to change the head lights to LEDs but want to clean the buckets first. And the only way to do that is to take them apart from the inside. Obviously easier with the hood off. Thanks again dude
Thank you. I thought I was just running into the bushes and there was a plant behind it and I knocked the whole front out and off and thought I was going to have to call for help or buy a new mower. I love RU-vid.
Works great but I could not get it just like Peter Treese. So in the manual it says to just push on the "JOHN" ON THE LEFT SIDE (left as viewed from sitting on the seat) AS YOU OPEN OR CLOSE HOOD. When I tried that it popped right out.
Does anyone happen to know the part number of the small black shims or protectors that are on the hood where it closes against the instrument panel? I'm missing one on my x310. Thanks!
Would you happen to know what part number the front bumper is? I have a John Deere D140 and I am trying to confirm exactly what bumper is the correct one. I would imagine the D130 and D140 would probably use the same one.
3. Open hood. 4. Disconnect wiring harness (A). 5. Apply pressure to “John” on left side of hood and slowly lower hood. Left side pivot should release after rotating closed approximately 45 degrees. Once left side pivot releases, slide out right side pivot. Lower hood slightly and lift hood from brackets (B).
