I forgot how amazing Johns voice is. That’s another reason the Chilli Peppers are so brilliant. John’s voice backs Anthony’s vocals so well and creates a whole sound combination. John and Anthony are one of the great singing duos like, Jerry Cantrell and Layne Staley, John Lennon and Paul McCartney
@@PANDA-JFpainter compared to how perfectly straightforward and concise the original is, yeah for sure. adding arpeggios and singing in a basic "soulful" style definitely isnt an improvement and actually makes it sound less sincere to me
