I just blind bought this and im hooked. My gf loves it too ( after it dries down) gotten compliments from women at work too. Only fragrance besides polo ive ever gotten compliments on.
You are awesome! very nice to see you are listen your subscribers. This is one of my favorites scent, i dont know why, when my bottle is over i always find myself run and buy another one. And i want to ask you something If you can talk in the videos about the production date its really going to help a lot of people ,because as you know unfortunately we have reformation issue, and alot of fragrances in 2019 has been waterd down and perform very bad.
Hey thanks! You put this up fast! I remember smelling this one back in the day but never committed to a bottle myself. After your review I think I'll continue to pass on it. I do like sweet fragrances but they have to be very balanced or they end up making me nauseous. Thanks very much for the shout out and upload! Great job as always!
Thank you for watching and for all the support! This one is not a bad fragrance it just ran its course for me and I haven’t used it much. It’s decent like I said but I don’t like how sweet it is. I should just man up and finish the bottle though lol
bro this is one of my favorite frags i dont care how cheap it is. i think it's right up there with egoiste and kouros because of its power and beauty. i would love to hear your thoughts on the new release "Le Parfum" ... i just blind bought it and i'm trying to feel it out right now. i heard just glowing reviews on it all around but i'm going to save my own thoughts for later. love your content bro thanks.
Yeah I wore the hell out of it initially when I first got it, along with its shower gel and aftershave, deodorant etc but as my collection grew i have not worn it in some time. I know it’s a great performer though. Thank you for watching and commenting!
Joop homme today smells a little different than vintage. Todays version performs so so but the vintage was nuclear. A 10 out of ten for performance. Vintage was one of the strongest ever. I still have a bottle of vintage with s little left in it that i bought in 1993 and it is still a beast. Wow to the quality back then
Dude. I wash my clothes with this version and still smell it afterwords. I can spray this on my wrist and still smell it a full 12-16 hours later. So if this is "so so" performance... What is good performance to you?
not for me. Its disgustingly sweet mixed with burnt wire insulation and this juice doesn't quit, If you want to mask a smell of some kind like, oh I dunno, death and decomposition then Joop is the one. Other than that it's not even remotely bearable and should be avoided
i like it purely for the fact its such a unique scent, theres nothing quite like it, projects like crazy and lasts for hours but than I also like CK Obession and Aramis which i think could also be love/hate scents
Harpal Chauhan even today this stuff is very strong, I have about half a bottle left I need to wear it soon, thank you for watching and commenting bro!
@@ScentsOfSouthJersey I see you liked kouros one of my old favourites. Please tell me you have tried original version of armani mania 100% panty dropper I wore it NO JOKE LOL now reformulated and lost that let's get NAKED feel lol and that would last 2 weeks on anything you spayed it on WOW
So a deodorant perfume is more or less a low scent concentration fragrance, meant to help you smell nice but won’t have much staying power. A deodorant spray is meant to be used specifically for your under arms as you would a deodorant stick. That’s at least what I think the explanation is
I work in a office as a software developer. Could I use Joop Edt at work if I only go with two sprays on my clothes? Or will this be too much for the office?
psycho'si carter no I totally get it, many people who are older than I am and got to experience the classics in their prime wish they had the same formulation. Restrictions on ingredients and cost all play into it I’m sure. I love all the classics I own way more than the modern men’s colognes. I get vintage when I can but either way most of the time they are still really good. I have got burned on some vintage bottles that have gone bad and smell like vinegar lol. Thanks for watching and commenting dude ! Stay safe as well
in my opinion joop isnt the kind of frag you will wear like a regular cologne. i would just wanna spray it somewhere like on my arm, just so i can smell it. it's an anomaly and like a circus attraction or something.
I'm just smelling it for the first time. I don't want to be brash, but to me it smells like public bathroom fragrance. I bought it because I liked a sample vile which turns out to be joop femme.
Joop! was the shit in the 90s. Strong as hell and very distinctive. I don't think it's the same concentration from its initial release but it's not something I'd wear anymore
Erik Stathis it’s very strong to this day with the current formulation I just wore it to much at first but I revisit it from time to time, it’s a nice scent. Thanks for watching and commenting dude!
@@ScentsOfSouthJersey yeah idk why this comes up as Erik but it's Eric, haha. If I want a bit of nostalgia I'll spray some at walmart ( I bought my bottle years ago at Macys if you can believe that) I was super into heavy oriental scents but now I'm all about deeply masculine ( john varvatos dark rebel, Fahrenheit and polo green ) and classic barbershop ( most pinaud clubman aftershaves, old spice, proraso) thanks for responding, I'll subscribe from my channel! Ciao!
Erik Stathis I love barbershop shop scents like pinaud, this sunday at noon I am doing a live stream and focusing on aftershaves and I am featuring many classic aftershaves from my collection check it out if you’d like
Lol I have heard that before, when it dries down it’s okay, I got sick of it about half way through the bottle. Thank you for watching and commenting dude
Joop! Homme is one of the weirdest men's frags I have ever smelled. It is VERY synthetic and smells like candy and pickled beets. I can see you getting tired of it.
