You are right to a certain point, Talib is gone, but he wasn't the only playmaker one our team and that is what people dont understand. KU still has Todd Reesing and great wide recevers. Our defensive line is a monster and so is the rest of our defense. We dont need 1 player to win 12 games. Also we did not get stuffed by MU. Losing by 8 isn't a stuff. But oh well only time will tell if our era of greatness has gone or just began.

Is Mangino the head coach they had that was a rather large individual? lol... First if all, I'm pretty sure KU fired Mangino because he was putting his hands on players. If they didn't fire him then they more then likely would've been subject to an investigation from the NCAA... n secondly, even if Mangino stayed as the head coach, there's just no way that Kansas would've had another year like they did in 2007... Sorry, but that was just a total fluke season for it the Jayhawks football team.

Arkansas was ranked 25th in bcs and VT was ranked 3rd! Also the BCS obviously thought that KU was better than MU because we got invited to the orange bowl and MU DID NOT! Missouri didn't beat us in that game. We beat ourselves in that game by missing those field goals. And since we won the orange bowl and had a 12-1 season we will get a lot of good recruits so I can't wait till next year. Also good job on the spelling (sarcastic).
Its easy to win games in the Big 12 when you refuse to play OU and TX, they're schedule was wack. As soon as they played a top ranked team in Missouri, they got beat.
And so was one of our best years in football, let's see if cozart can prove critics wrong and lead KU to a winning season. Or at the least more than one conference win
Unfortunately, as many of you already know, KU's academic ranking for 2014/2015 school year slipped from #101 last year to #107 in the U.S. News annual rankings. And, we remain unranked in Kiplinger's ranking of the top 100 academic colleges and universities. Please contact your Kansas senators and representatives and press for their help in correcting our academic woes for both University of Kansas and Kansas State University. We, the people of Kansas, deserve a better education for the young people in this state.
Honestly though why cant Jealous Orange Bowl Wantin', Cotton Bowl Gettin', Big 12 North and Championship Losin'(Oh yeah if you check you will see they place KU #1 in the Big 12 North), Missouri Fans just let it go! KU proved to all the critics that they belong in the the BCS! Rock Chalk Jayhawk Orange Bowl Champs!!!
And MU fans who say they have a Sugar and an Orange bowl before the BCS. Con grads we won am Orange Bowl and appeared in 69 National Championship BEFORE the BCS. So looks like Ku has won more trophies before and during and will have after BCS!!

Coach Mangino is the reason why there are these ku highlights.. ku football will be forever cursed for what they did to him after he turned ku football into a power.. I'm thankful I was there to watch it.. Every weekend was so much fun and electric.. bbq everywhere, fans all over the place... man ku football was beautiful...
Mu has not won a conference titles in football in 43 years and has not won or appeared in aprimetime bowl game in 50 years!! thats prety sad and u guys call urselves good??? give me a break
