This is absolutely disgusting and disturbing that this “man” is responsible for the safety of the residents of Mass.and entrusted with the responsibility of being a fair and professional detective.
Imo this judge needs to be reprimanded alongside proctor in treating the defense in such a manner when a WOMANS LIFE IS ON THE LINE AND as much as she has let the prosecutor ramble u would think she would give defense same amount of time....she needs OFF the bench if she has no more respect than this...I mean u can literally hear her sighing in the microphone but only when defense is speaking...n what about bad faith video
This judge is atrocious. She is like nails on a chalkboard. Unprofessional and sighing and all her standing up and down throughout this trial. I’ve never seen anything like this. I cannot believe she hasn’t been removed.
The judges obnoxiously loud sighs of disgust/exasperation are just unbelievable.i cannot believe that this snarky, immature, short-tempered woman is actually a judge. She does NOT have the temperament for such an important position. We have two Karen’s here…Karen Read…and The” Karen “in the black robes.
Well she told him it was just her and not the jury and he didn’t need the theatrics yet he STILL went on with his theatrics…. “Have they no shame??” 😂😂😂🤦🏼♀️ he rehearsed that entire speech and she told him they needed to hurry up to get the jury in there and he was speaking on things that aren’t even relevant to the actual hearing. Worried about his integrity…..I’d be annoyed if I were her too…. He should’ve stayed on task and focused on the things they were addressing before the jury came in and he could’ve given his little pout fest on the record later on. This trial is already too drawn out without this extra “tattle tale” stuff.
Amen I agree 💯 % In all the 2800k trials I've sit through with husband being a judge of 42 consecutive years and heard close to 4000 including live streams and I've never seen such bia! Never ever heard any attorney just say "objection" an not say what type..normally it's objection leading, grounds, misstatements prior testimony, but it's just Objection..SUBSTAINED! And always the prosecution that's she says "I'll hear that" but for defence it ALWAYS SUBSTAINED!!! She very biased and setting up great grounds for appeal I can tell ya that! I've never seen anything like it in my life in all the o er 5000k trials I've watched...totally unbelievable imo!!!
Isn’t there a way to get this judge taken out of this case?? It isn’t right to have a judge who is so rude to only one side. Thats not fair when it comes down to someone’s life. People should be able to get her out of there.
I am leaning so hard in a "not guilty" verdict but I feel like the defendant's attorney should have advised her to be humble and sympathetic looking. I don't like her smugness. Even if she feels this way she did lose her boyfriend, his relatives/friends are in the court room, she's being watched by the public and jury. I would think she would have some natural feelings to look like a victim of these allegations. (IMO). ☺
Defense attorney you should have called objection to the hearsay that officer Proctor is saying about the evidence room he's not he stated he's not in Evidence Officer yet he's giving full details of what the process is
Well that's interesting a witness can bring items in that pertain to this trial and not have it identified as evidence and giving the number the judge didn't see it first the court reporter didn't give it a number and then the Commonwealth Chuckles as Mr Proctor is waiting for his commands because this is all been rehearsed prior to this trial
So you're challenging Procter and his evidence yet you lit Proctor open the evidence box. And the fact that part looks like it just came out of a factory it's so clean. This is definitely one corrupt trial
Locker room and juvenile comments by the trooper does not negate all the facts and evidence against Karen Read. Smoke and mirrors. As I follow the trial only and not the noise on social media, I can understand the emotions expressed (although unprofessional) by the officers. Justice for John O'Keefe and his family/colleagues and friends.
Yes I think so too she's so smug also she has no remorse or looks sad when they ever showed John in pics idk I've really changed my mind about her we heard past testimony how he asked her to leave his house he was basicly done with her she wouldn't leave she is not as innocent as she may look
