Unfortunately, it seems that way (many suspicions concerning this group of people (in the house that night) - where I believe what happened to John O’Keefe occurred. Based on the testimony of the many closely connected individuals in that house (possibly started in the basement or cellar(whichever you prefer to call it) then he was placed outside in the harsh elements. Too many variables that do not add up so far.
And the house should have been considered a part of the crime scene (yet unbelievably it was conveniently left out of the equation. I find that forensically irresponsible. The body tells a story & where it was found….. Then the house should have been the other part of the story
@thecherokeerose Maybe Karen hit him in the back of the head 3 times as he walked towards the party? Someone or something hit the back of his head. Who did John turn his back on? Who found him under 4 inches of snow?
Her attitude and defensiveness is JUST like Jodi Arias was under cross 😳 Y'all need to learn a thing or two about body language and facial expressions. Jennifer McCabe is 100% lying.
Absolutely no! She’s been so harassed as well as her family! Have you no compassion? I’d be defensive too! She’s not on trial here….and the Arias comparison is laughable! 🤭
@@doreen1128 McMabe is NOT the first person/witness in the history of court cases to be harassed before trial. And just because I have an opinion on the way she's testifying, doesn't give you the right to call my compassion into question. Why did you feel the need to make it personal? Being harassed before trial does NOT excuse the way she is verbally attacking the defense whenever she feels uncomfortable or cornered, conveniently adding to her testimony, refusing to properly answer questions, rolling her eyes etc.
I absolutely agree! I've said this long ago. She complains about being harassed and she acts just like a mean girl that hasn't martured since high school!
It's very hard to understand what it's like to be in a situation such as being on a witness stand testifying at a murder trial unless you have actually had to do this. It's easy to look at someone doing it and think about what you would do or say or how you would act or respond. I have personally been in this situation. I can confidently say that it was way more complex than how I would have assumed it to be before hand. Some of the details are similar as the victim she is testifying about was someone she knew and claims was her friend. The trial I testified at was for the murder of someone I considered a friend. One major difference is I had never met, saw, or knew the person who killed my friend. I did not know this person existed until after I watched him shoot my friend. With that being said, the only thing I can think of to explain this womens behavior and demeanor, and the way she is answering or not answering the questions she is being asked that makes sense is that she is covering for someone or several someone's that are more important to her than her friends John and Karen. Period.
I don't know if she's lying... but how do you go in front of numerous grand juries and not remember EXACTLY what she said. She is in front of a jury and doesn't remember everything that happened on the night and the next morning of a day her friend was found dead.

She sure does and she doesn't realize how much more she is hurting her case. Caught lying. Editorializing every answer except her side. Her side are yes and no answers and for Karen's side every answer has to be everything BUT the answer. They did it. She lied and so did the girl on the stand now.

The vicious harassment we’re all reviving “ . The stop covering up for a murder and trying to blame an innocent women . Your life is not more valuable than Hers!
Damn, this shit is sketchy as hell! When police conduct interviews for a MURDER INVESTIGATION don’t they usually have the people involved go to the POLICE DEPARTMENT for interviews instead of at the PERSONS HOUSE and aren’t those interviews usually RECORDED???
Yes, and they don’t use a leaf blower on a crime scene. They also don’t put evidence in red solo cups! They secure the scene and call another department to bring them evidence bags, evidence vials, evidence boxes, etc. etc. etc., if their own department doesn’t have these items. They also document everything at the scene! They photograph the body, if possible. They document where the blood is at! They most certainly DONT scoop up the snow with blood on it and not label where this blood was recovered from! Horrible example of “police work”
Yes. 100%. I was an eye witness to a murder of one of my friends and absolutely that is what happens. Almost every single thing I have heard so far about how this case has been handled since the first moment is being conducted the polar opposite of how the case I was a witness to and also had to testified at the trial was. This shit is blowing my mind.
exactly. couldn’t have summed it up any better. every time Jenn McCabe gets hung up on a question she looks at the jury, mustering all the authenticity possible for a guilty party, and reinforces her role of ‘distraught friend’ and reiterates how upset she was with finding John.
And she keeps repeating that she turned her phone over willingly. Quick, someone get her a gold star for that so she can get the acknowledgement she is seeking for this and shut the eff up about it.
Calling johns phone for an alibi of looking for him, or calling the phone that john lost while being killed?, so they can put his phone outside with him.
Im still witholding judgement on if i believe karen is innocent or not....but Bev seems to get quite disgruntled when the defense starts making good points...and Jen would have been much more believable as a person if she could just admit she didnt know something or remember. Instead, she skirted nearly EVERY SINGLE question as if she was fishing to see where it was going and seemwd to fix her narrative answers to fit his questions as they came along. It doesnt matter anymore if she really isnt lying...she gave the jury a hefty bit of reasonable doubt with her actions here.
It DOES look really really bad and IF she had nothing to do with anything and isn’t lieing I hope she reads every comment about herself so she can see how rude she appears and disrespectful to the court, for what reason?! Can you imagine being married to her or working with her 😮🙄🤦🏼♀️😭 I could NEVER. I don’t know if Karen ran him over or not but as her being someone from inside the house if I was on the jury I would be side eying her so hard her name could be “reasonable doubt” for Karen 💯🤦🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️ She seems like a rude, condescending, b word. Also if they saw John get there why didn’t they go look outside when he stopped texting, he could have simply been dropped off and so dr’nk he didn’t make it inside so when the plow came around it could have gotten him, they say it’s the biggest plow the town has, why wouldn’t they just go outside since he wasn’t answering but they knew he was just there and knew he had been drinking most of the ppl there were police they should have known to at the very least check to make sure he wasn’t passed out dr+nk outside in the snow 💯🙄🤦🏼♀️ Poor John he may never get justice but I definitely pray that no one is wrongly convicted and if anyone actually did this I hope they are sentenced.
Yes, she does seem to have a rather high-powered perception of herself these personality styles do not like To be called out. What bothers me is that the house was not considered part of a crime scene (would you accept the people inside claiming Mr. O’Keefe never came in that house? I would not under these circumstances.
Right! She has amazing memory when it helps her but then has to editorialize and add all this nonsense to her response of a YES OR NO question. She also should stop acting like social media is an actual person or place. If she wants the online issue to stop all she has to do is STOP GOING ON SOCIAL MEDIA. Her uppity'ness is so cringe.
how in the world do the cops find or somebody find a body on the front lawn of a house and the police do not check with the owners of that property if that person is related to or has any connection to anybody in that house and further and investigation of that propertysomething is sure fishy
An entire radius of that property “should have been considered a crime scene” Anyone who has worked a time crime scene would have done that unless…..????????
Now imagine being on the jury and listening to this. If I was the commonwealth, I would be furious at these witnesses if she is guilty because their behavior alone is tanking this case. We have all dealt with liars and no one likes being lied to or people who nitpick every single thing.
@@rociwillreadforyouI noticed that also. She didn't even bat an eye when she realized she just answered a question being asked to the judge. She, and people like her are one of the main problems in almost every issue our country has. I truly hope her and everyone else involved in this bullshit have to face the consequences for what they have done.
she couldn't look worse if the was trying.....did the DA not prepare these witnesses? She seems to think that this is a trial about TB harrassing her and not her friend that passed away
What really happened to the dog? My stepdad used to be retired Detective Sergeant and no way would he stay inside the house with a deceased officer on his front lawn. That’s not rational…
I think the dog wasn’t there by morning and his daughter took her . Even the most mild dogs will react and I assume they didn’t close their doors because they had a dog .
I am shocked this woman is so dry and lacks of empathy for Karen and her arrogant attitude is pouring out of her pores, she is angry and really not a nice vibe at all, which usually denotes guilt and untruthful circumstances. Whatever happened that night, if it was her husband in the snow, she would have gone ballistic, and her attitude towards a woman screaming for help, screaming for her partner’s sleeping away from life and in shock is nasty, really awful people around Karen, whether she was framed or not, it’s clear there is no good sentiment at any levels.
The woman is an obvious psychopath. Even the most innocent person would be more nervous in this situation. She is way too calm and collected. Reminds me of Jodi Arius.
2:21:00 she says when Brian Albert came over before Trooper Proctor he was up in her bedroom? Why the F was he up in her bedroom? That's not a place to just hangout in a house for somebody... I wish counsel would have asked why he was up there... She's such a bad liar
No one is home here. Or she is just playing it that way. Not sure. But if your going to lie you better have a good memory. If you have nothing to hide why be so testy?
Were you there? These people have been constantly harassed in doing their children. Wouldn’t you be defensive when it comes to your family. I sure as heck would be. She’s not in trial. The murderer girlfriend is!
Is it or is someone asking her questions to confuse her timeline? The defense is doing this to make her testimony scattered and to discredit everything she said, wrote or testified to mean as she is hiding real credible information. That is the job of an attorney to ask questions to make a picture that possibly does not exist if he trying to illustrate reasonable doubt. Have you ever been on a stand as a witness? It's like walking through airport security. Yeah, you have nothing to hide but someone your anxious. If it were me & I bet you, if I were telling the truth and someone was calling me a liar in a room full of people & across the nation in this case, somehow a big happy smile is not on my face. An attorney twisting facts would confuse anyone and testimony gets confused. BTW, I am not saying KR is guilty either. I am just saying that this probably a normal reaction that happens every day in courtrooms.
@@dennisdonoghue9202I can see that. Everything is a trap in the enemies house. With that being said there was a lot of simple questions she ran from. A lot of answering questions no one asked. A lot of inconsistencies she can't button up.
She wants to be so hard in controll. But here in the cross examination, she lost almost all of the controll. Wonderful to watch. Its a very good defense lawyer.
The whole case is so bizarre. I don’t think it’s cut and dried on either side, so many questions. The outcome will be very interesting after everyone has testified.
You could see tire tracks but not the body of a large man on the front lawn. Anyone from the northeast knows how bright it gets at night during snow storms
Lifelong GSD owner here. My dogs will start barking when someone approaches the driveway, including every member of my family and even me. There are delivery people who’ve left packages on my driveway because they didn’t want to come near my house.
@A-privilege-not.a-right My dogs would have come unglued with all that commotion on the front lawn. No one will ever convince me that the dog was in the house the morning John was found. Dogs ears are much more sensitive to sound than ours. Where was Chloe?
Only a liar needs to see what they have said before so they can stick to that story. Just tell him what you remember without having to be reminded of your own story
And if theres a record she basically demands to see every single one 🤦🏼♀️🙄 I can’t stand this and I absolutely love watching trials but she has been one of the worst most disrespectful rude witness I’ve ever seen 💯🤦🏼♀️🙄
Something has been really bothering me. Jenn McCabe seemed oddly obsessed with John O'Keefe arriving at the house to the point where she was up and down going to the window and texting. Odd behaviour for a married woman for one thing, but apparently John never arrived so why did she suddenly just stop showing any concern about his whereabouts or arrival?
@@milart12 It means she walked into John either being beat to death or about to be beat to death or he was already dead and had to make a decision to help her family cover it up or go against them and call 911. She obviously chose to stay loyal to her family.
Telling the true recollection of events held in your memory is straightforward. Trying to remember untruths catches you out unless you are a true psychopath or have impaired memory. This is fact not fiction. She seems to be avoiding ,changing, telling, her previous recollections Very troubling to say the least.
It's strange that Miss McCabe keeps saying the reason things weren't mentioned in her grand jury testimony is because she was only answering to direct questions being asked to her so she only provided direct responses to those direct questions but during her testimony here in this video she seems to have a very very hard time doing that. In fact almost every question she is asked she does not give a direct answer and most of the questions only require a simple "yes" or "no" response. Instead she continues to provide information she was never asked about. I find this very interesting to say the least.
She has no problem remembering the parts she wants to remember. And she also has no problem repeating over and over how horrible this has been for herself and her family but doesn't seem to remember that John is dead and he and Karen both also have families but doesn't concerned at all about what they have been going through. The Massachusetts government should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this to happen in their court system.
I’m pretty positive, she was the girl that bullied those kids she’s not worthy of being compared to the disability kids, she slow in a different way but I agree definitely not all there upstairs.
@@user-th2gf7cc5y I’m pretty positive myself, but when an entire family and their friends conspire to lie and manipulate or destroy evidence, theres something seriously wrong with them upstairs! Even worse, parents who teach their children to lie and destroy evidence is even worse. Then Jennifer McCabe, her husband, children and the Albert’s turn this “as they’re the victims” by crying and whining? This woman has hit here head TOO many times! To be politically correct… she’s Mentally Challenged. How’s that?
@cyndilagasse991 TBH I have no idea what to think. My opinion is based on what has been presented until today and could change before the end of the case. I think that the federal investigation should have been completed before this trial started, though. It seems like the term corrupt could be applied to many involved in the investigation. I just have a lot of questions.
3:22:12 Jenn McCabe phoned victim, Officer John O’Keefe, 6x between 12:15am - 12:49 -the exact time period the DA claims John was rendered unconscious 3:30:36
I think it’s weird that she kept calling John’s phone so much instead of Karen’s especially since they were friends! I almost wonder if she and John were having an affair & all hell broke loose bc of it? That certainly would be more of a reason for all of them getting together on this. And I agree with the comment that the daughter took the dog, bc no dog is going to be quiet with someone bursting in, especially one that has bitten before!
Not to mention ambulances, fire trucks, and police cars with lights on along with countless people and Miss Read screaming for an extended period of time in the yard for hours after he was found. Do you know how loud that actually is?? I believe it's possible for humans to sleep through all that, especially ones that were up late and drunk when they passed out but dogs have great hearing and that dog would have been going apeshit in that house which I doubt the humans would be able to sleep through. And the police outside along with everyone else that was out there would have heard the dog as well and most likely also would have seen the dog in the window going apeshit if the humans did somehow not wake up right away to lock her up somewhere.
