Auntie Bev shouzld have been removed 2 yrs ago smh. Not only has she tried to sabotage this trial since day 1, it is also a conflict of interest that she is on the bench ! She needs jail time along with proctor!
The juror said the instructions were confusing! Did auntie Bev do that on purpose? Sure it’s worded & all the attorneys can understand it but most people do not speak legalese!!!! I’m sure she worded it so she’s protected in the appeals court, but they need to take into consideration that jurors do not speak legalese!! 💯‼️
Here's the thing. The jury did NOT come back with a verdict. It really doesn't matter if they all were going to vote a certain way because they ultimately DIDN'T vote that way. It is a mistrial on all charges. They NEVER indicated to the judge that they were unanimous on any of the charges. I don't know that the law requires the judge to poll each juror on each charge. My understanding is that judges ONLY poll juries, as required by law, after a verdict is rendered.
The judge should’ve did what the judge in Tennessee did. The guy was accused of murdering his wife the jury come back hung, But they was only really hung on one count and the other counts were not guilty.
I don’t think this judge will dismiss any charges , it seems to me she doesn’t like Karen . Yet again, I do t know the law or protocols but if the decision lies with the judge , she won’t dismiss

Terrible Prosecutor, Judge, the entire crooked investigation. Free Karen Read! There is no conclusive proof that he was even hit by a vehicle. This is malicious prosecution, the charges should be dropped. It doesn’t t matter how many times they try her, they will never get all 12 jurors to reach a unanimous verdict because if you have common sense, how can anyone vote guilty.
