Man, unless you were alive waiting for this game to come you'll never understand the anticipation waiting for this game to come out! The hype surrounding it was off the charts, and it lived up to expectations. Great game, great memories!
Man, I used to LOVE this game. I have fond memories of spending countless nights in my room asa little kid, playing these SNES games over and over again, and NEVER getting bored of it. Games of today just totally disinterest me now. There's far too much advancement and not enough "game"
NO DOUBT one of the very greatest games of all time. Should be included in ANY top 10 list. The replayability of this game was phenomenal, the fighters were all incredible, the songs perfectly matched those stages, everything was perfect. The arcade version of this game was the videogame equivalent to Crack addiction (and it got even worse with those 3D0, SNES and Genesis versions!). This game is certainly was of the very best I've ever played (and I've played it all, since 1989).
This exact scene brings back so many great memories from my childhood! That kick sounds way better on the SNES version that the arcade version. I have the Japanese Capcom Generations 5 on the Saturn (perfect arcade port) and I now miss the SNES version more...
As the enemies get taller and taller throughout the game, I always loved comparing the height of each fighter for some strange reason. I would play as Zangief just to fight with opponents of equal size.
this video brings back so many memory when I was like 11 and I use to play it on my SNES..... Street figher @ turbo was one of my favorite games I use to play.. Ken and guile were my favorite characters........
Man Why ya got Sagat Looking like DeBo from Friday look at the vs screen y'all he looking like the Wrestler from no holds barred Mane look just like Dobo
It’s the SNES Version of SF2, so the sprites are different. Sagat’s VS Sprite in the Sega Genesis and Arcade version is where he looks much more intimidating.
wow loks so old skool i remember playing this as a child, and now play ssf4.. makes me feel old! still, pretty amazing ive been playing essentialy the same game for +20yrs! great game!
It brings back so many great memories! I have the perfect arcade port, on the Sega Saturn, although I really miss the SNES version from my childhood...

i remember playing this when i was younger and hating it because the moves were too hard to learn. i got street fighter 4 for my xbox and fell in love with it. so much, i went back to the older games and try and play them again :D

1. Street Fighter 1 was released in 1987, and the fanfare was so huge, that a 4 1/2 years-old kid got hooked instantly. I'm not respecting the uploader nor anyone else if that is the best thing they can do.
This is the best SF ever for SNES system, not even XBOX or PS3 could beat this classic game and I have SF for PS3 and it's not the same. Creds to the background music and the voices, it is flawless!
