Holy crap bro!! I am from South Carolina in the United States. This is otherwise known here as the deep South. We deep fry everything here. It's a food staple. Haven't had a lot of deep fried food since starting my KETO in September. This recipe has saved my life!,lol. My wife tried the recipe and it is fantastic. Now I am thinking of all the things I can use this batter on. Keto just got really southern. Thanks and metal on!!

Tried these tonight, and they are really, really good! I changed only one thing: added some nutritional yeast to the psyllium husks. Shape them a bit smaller than what you want in the end because they do tend to puff up when frying. This one's a win!
Just made them today. Added half boiled cauliflower paste and grated cheese in the chicken. It was perfect! It is because of you i am able to get along with keto pretty well !

Im new to the keto family and Me and my son made these after we watched the video but I didn't have psyllium husk so our coating was pork skins. It was delicious
Just FYI if you want a more crispy exterior with anything that's breaded, only use egg white. One can buy egg whites in a carton here or of coarse use the yolks for various things. Have you heard of the creamy cauli mash that uses egg yolk (I wouldn't' call it creamy but that's what the recipe video says", for example. Also add some baking powder to the breading and always allow breaded food to sit in the refrigerator for 20 - 30 minutes, uncovered, then fry (or bake).

Made these. Taste so good. Actually made them in my air fryer. Only thing I would say is psyllium husk is fiber sooooo if you aren’t used to a lot of fiber, the next day you may be surprised at your bathroom time. LOL

OMG, I finally got around to making these chicken nuggets. They are just like chicken nuggets from a fast food chain. OMG... I fried mine in a blend of buttery coconut and avocado oil. Super easy to make. Ah, junk food.

My thoughts exactly, I've never used Psyllium Husk, but I use parmesan in place of bread crumbs any time I fry something. Will have to try to find the husk.
Awesome stuff, going to try these soon. You forgot one thing though... you forgot to make one that looks like a sock or a boot! Every time I got nuggets from McDonalds, there was always at least one nugget that looked like they cut the foot right off of a little gnome! Love it man, good stuff.
Did them yesterday breaded with a 2:1 ratio of pork rinds and parmesan cheese. To my surprise, the single breading was crisper and much better than the double coated one.
Hi mate - I made these but instead of husk I used bags of pork scratchings that I'd crushed up into a power. Absolutely AMAZE balls you have to try it.
