You'll love both of these guys. Also check out Dr. Nadir Ali here on youtube, he's been a Cardiologist for 30 years and will also dispel all the BS your Doctors are telling you with the research and data to back it up. Dr. Ali has a HUGE following.

My favorite red meat is chuck eye beef steak. The store has it cut into about an inch thickness, about the size of my palm. Very inexpensive at 2 for about $6. It's riddled with fat & I fry it in a pan for the tenderest steak you can even cut with a fork!

I began doing low carb and then after a month or so I was able to comfortably be at 15 to 30 grams of carbs. Now it's so easy but I was looking for some more recipes. I found you two days ago and am thrilled that this reminds me of how I used to cook for myself. The reason I can't go back is because I feel so wonderful. I'm also losing weight without trying. I have only started watching your videos. I like that you have the 3ingredient meal planner. I also enjoy watching you. You ARE very good at what you do and I love your sense of humour. Like another person said, you should do another book on the Keto 3ingredient plans. If you start doing other recipes, you might lose some viewers, but I'm sure you would gain others. Your recipes are great and the food looks yummy. You could mix things up and do a Keto recipe every so often. Follow your passion. You are good at what you do. Dear Sahil, I keep my blood sugar down with low carb food and I often use your recipes for breakfast and dinner and have all the side dishes and a 1/4 cup rice for lunch.Thanks a lot. I am off all meds including insulin. I hate cauliflower rice. I am nearly 66 and started on low carb when I was 63. Your mug breads are greatly appreciated.

Mmmm, it all looks so tasty. That tomato soup is definitely on my list to make very soon! Here in the states at least, tomato soup is often enjoyed with grilled cheese sandwiches, so I'm thinking maybe a couple of chaffles would make a great crunchy substitute!!

I made the pancakes this morning (even added the top to the pan). I added banana flavor and vanilla instead of cinnamon. They were really good but the texture was...well...almond flour LOL. Thanks so much for this recipe. I will be making it again just may add heavy cream.

Well I’m gonna give this keto diet another try……all of the chaos last year ……I just gave up………our year started out w/myself and hubby being sick to our home, shop, everything ……burning down to absolutely nothing …… not to mention it happened on Super Bowl Sunday……both of my parents failing health…… COVID ………etc etc etc……………just ugh…… didn’t have the desire to do anything……was horribly depressed………still kinda am but I’m doing better ……I love watching your videos and everything looks and sounds good so I just popped on to Barnes and Noble and purchased your cookbook!!! During grilling season, I love to have a marinated skirt steak. Otherwise, I really like NY strip steaks, or if I am trying to save money, I do a reverse-sear chuck roast and slice it up like steak.

Thank you for the pancake recipe. I have not been able to make keto bread, but now I make savoury pancakes for sandwiches. Instead of cinnamon and sweetener, I add pepper flakes, onion powder and chicken powder. Really yummy. Thank you again.

Yeah in India we sell chicken without skin, it's just NEVER eaten. Only when people eat western dishes they use chicken with skin. SO if you want chicken with skin it's a special request.

Hi Sahil. Love your recipes. Can you please share an eggless almond Biscotti recipe. I crave for something to dunk in cream coffee. But so far all the recipes have eggs and Biscotti smells so eggy 😭
