OH YOU ARE 2 FUN KNEE.... 2 CUTE & I am 2 IN LOVE w/the whole BERRY BUNCH!!!! HELP PLEASE??? I NEED MAYO ASAP!!! Last attempt was SOOOO BAD, that I could not for the love of me find a use to repurpose or upcycle (more like upchuck) it into anything. I put it outside by the creek & probably the same raccoons/opossums/squirerls did not care I put in my very most expensive, first cold press extra virgin olive oil from Italy. (Should have given them bread for dipping) I NEED A FOOL (me) PROOF RECIPE. asap please. I will not make same mistake of using only straight evoo, as it tasted like something you use to remove road tar of your car's grill. No more raccoon recipes please...only want the most delicious forever recipe all (twurked)>>>googlized--2 fun knee..."tweaked to" perfection. Out to buy more organic/grass fed, ingredients --hmmm butter as a mayo additive???) Thanks in advance for helping me out w% this and all you tips to make this happen. mo green...a lot less toxic then I was before I got, "Berried".

I love everything about this video! Watching you care for Bonnie brought me back to 1999 when my girl was a baby. Seeing Dr B singing to Bonnie was the best! A definite memory to keep. (Dr Berry, dang! That boy can sing! 🎶🎵) and of course watching Beckett playing with his dad is 🥰 That chili looks delicious!

What happened to me is just at 6 weeks ago after following 8 years of following clean whole food plant based, in utter desperation at falling asleep face first into my plate of food WHILE EATING Since 2016!!! I posted an inquiry about insulin resistance. Bingo!!! Google pushed me nto a live Dr Berry Monday night feed. Today was the first time in 6 years I ate my OMAD, dared to venture out of house afterwards...drove myself to the store and home again and NO SIGN OF DURING MEAL FOOD COMA HAPPENING. COWABUNGA!!! Just sixishs weeks ago my go to roomy walking pants were size 22, now 6 are getting loose. Size 10 underoos to now size 6 being plenty roomy already. Inches did literally fall off overnight. Keep in touch for lots of really shocking labs to be shared. From one day to the next, I went from being vegan to eating a 1lb. of meat each day. Nothing could have prepared me for the most powerful positive physiological cell health ramifications which are stil being documented with testing. Not waking up with my face in my plate of half eaten food is beyond words. Grateful...Blessed...Answered Prayer. mo

Neisha, The two steaks you cooked are actually boneless rib steaks, not rib eye steaks. Below I will explain how understanding these cuts can give your viewers more, or better meat for their money. IN TERMS OF BETTER MEAT FOR THE MONEY: What distinguishes the difference between a boneless rib steak & true rib eye steak is as follows: The somewhat less tender cap of meat ,with its grissle, that encircles across the top, and down the side of the rib eye is left on a boneless rib steak, but is trimmed off the more tender truly rib eye steak cut.. IN TERMS OF MORE MEAT FOR THE MONEY: Actually the most economical cut of beef for the quality vs cost is the 1st cut off the rib end of the front quarter, also called the 1st rib end cut chuck steak, or chuck roast, or "poor man"s rib steak." This chuck cut has the identical surface of its facing counterpart rib steak. This chuck cut is also distinguished by the long narrow purely all white blade (semi cartilege / semi bone) in it, unless sold boneless. Purchase this cut as a chuck roast, then slice it into steak width. Enjoy it for approx. 1/2 the price of bone in rib steak, & approx. 1/3 the price of boneless rib steak, which again is usually mislabeled as "rib eye" steak. Or approx. 1/4 the price of truely rib eye steak.

I’ve been making my own keto nut granola because it’s so expensive! I’m on a very tight budget so i cut where I can. I mix cashews, pumpkin seeds, pecans, sunflower seeds, slivered almonds, flaked coconut. Add about half cup of melted butter. Then toss it all in around half cup of erithritol and a tablespoon of cinnamon. Spread it out on a parchment covered pan. In a 350*F oven for 30-45 minutes stirring every 10 minutes. Can cook longer if you like the taste of them well toasted. Let cool completely then break up and put it in a container.

Even though I've always enjoyed your presence on Insta and Monday night lives, I truly missed your vlogs on here. ❤️ Post baby u look as Dr. B said on Monday "Hot!!" My hubby loves the blueberry cinnamon flavor of that granola, and my kiddos love the birthday cake flavor. They just have a two tbsps every now and then in some goat's milk yogurt. Aww that milky time brings me so many memories of my breastfeeding journey with my own. And just know, tears flowed when Dr. B sang to Bonnie. Following u from the beginning, I'm sooo happy u all have been blessed with your two beautiful babes. God bless the Berry fam! So deserving of all the blessings the good Lord can offer!! 💕🙏🧿

Beautiful beautiful family 💕 everyone looks healthy and happy that’s so good to see!
