I have a cousin who has cancer and cannabis helps with the pain management. I voted yes for it in this state for that reason.

I was in Cali this week, and the sheer number of political commercials you guys see compared to Montana is astounding. Also, the commercials were very vague. I had no idea of what any of them were pushing for.

The first thing I noticed is how different the kids look. Daniel looks super skinny, and Selena looks more like a teen now. And also, happy 20th year anniversary, I used to remember Jay counting the years and Bryan looking surprised. And for Jay, you probably see a lot death in your occupation doesn't surprise me that you're pro death penalty And lastly, I don't like Hillary due to wiki leaks but I also think she will win this election.

Glad to see another video from you guys. Jill Stein is still in the running for president as far as I know. I have no faith in our election system so I don't waste my time voting. I have never voted actually. As for the smokers taxes - it won't make a difference to the majority of smokers. I know. I was one. I didn't quit because of money issues though. It is an addiction just as bad as any other drug. I keep seeing all these offers of help commercials for drug addiction but they never include smoking and they really should. - Heidi

On the death penalty, this is a tough issue. I have worked in two different state at prisons as a Correct Officer. The death penalty has only one purpose, to stop the offender from doing it again. From a management of inmates those who are on death row are easier to manage. They are working on an appeal and any missteps will not work in their advantage. One inmate in that state, cut the throat of a woman and her 9 month old infant just to watch them bleed out. Does this person deserve to live? Does the tax payer deserve to pay over 32K a year to house him? Some would say "that is in between that man and god". Some would respond "well the state is just arranging the meeting". The other state I worked at had life, that meant LIFE. The only way out was feet first under a sheet. They were a management problem, the offender knew this and fought every step the way.

I agree with all your positions Jay and Bryan, no surprsie there. Also no surprise you have them thought out well and discuss them with your kids. A law enforcement officer making sense on weed is a breath of fresh air. The homemade "Hillary for Jail" sign on someone's lawn on my street is not rational, and Trump obviously can't even be bothered with learning about rest of the planet. Hello everyone, great video. You're a exemplar family. This is indeed a very, very, important election this year. Trump has helped to expose and make obvious the hate and ignorance that still exist in America today. So many people are so prideful in their prejudices, and un-American attitudes, in their support for him, it's sickening. I personally am against legalization of marijuana for purposes other than medicinal. Recreational drugs, including alcohol, are abused daily at the expense of innocent lives. The laws governing such things, and law enforcement, are inept as it is. The death penalty is simply legalized murder. Revenge, rather than justice. One can not teach that murder is wrong, if murder is used as a justified vengeful punishment. Anyway, I look forward to your Hallowe'en video.

I sort of always felt Brian's birthday could be in November since I felt he has a spiritual side to his personality. And I was right! I am born in November as well and I could relate to everything Bryan says and does everytime :)

After months campaigning for HRC, Bernie, Jill Stein, and Donald Trump I suggest you vote 3rd party. Especially since you are in California! Sadly I'm in VA where it is considered a "blue" state, but it's not this year !!! I'll vote for Trump this year, because HRC is two faced to say the least. Volunteering for her was the worst !!! They're so corrupt, I was told to through away Trump and 3rd party signatures away, probably the only reason polls show her lead. Plus Trump major policies will fail and he'll be out in 4 years... so over it..

The idea that once they legalize pot they will have the will or the means to prevent it from being smoked everywhere is ludicrous. Where I live, it's decriminalized but is still a civil offense, and the cops don't even bother. Our parks are "non-smoking" and you can get high walking through them. The whole city reeks. Just wait and see - or smell, I should say.

Marijuana has a much better value than people being put in jail for it. I would suggest you look up the medical benefits of it and educate your children on it. They would probably understand it better.

We wanted Bernie or Jill Stein. HRC is a terrible candidate. She's a war hawk. She doesn't deserve to be the first female president. She's not a feminist. She's served on the board of Walmart for goodness sake.

Elections for November are always the first Tuesday AFTER the first Monday so you wouldn't b e voting on Bryan's birthday every year. I looked up the pattern and on non-leap year years it's something like 11 yrs, 6 yrs, 5 yrs, 6 yrs. Anyhow- those kids are getting so grown! Jay, as a police officer, you have to have seen innocents people be sent to jail. How can you be pro-life penalty knowing that even one innocent person might die?

I agree with almost everything you said with the exception of edibles. I saw my Dad waste away to a skeleton before he died because he had no appetite at all. My mom complained that he would only eat a few cookies in the middle of the night but would no longer eat meals. I think if he had some sweet edibles that he might have gotten some appetite back and perhaps been able to fight and live a while longer and with better quality. I know he was having difficulty breathing anyway so I would never have recommended that he smoke it. At least edibles should be available by prescription.

It's good to see you all again. I think Selena needs to think more critically about the Marijuana issue, but I'm in agreement with her that Bernie Sanders was the better candidate. By the way, I hope you guys are planning on voting no on Prop 60.

This whole election thing is driving me CRAZY here in Ohio.. We own a house in Cleveland and in rural Ohio.. In Cleveland all you see are Hillary signs.. When you drive south...the Trump signs emerge and they are EVERYWHERE! Let's hope on election day intelligence wins over ignorance.. I am so disappointed in my gay friends who are voting for this idiot who has no experience and is so narcissistic and has vowed to appoint Supreme Court justices to annul their marriages!!!

2 points I want to hit on. 1.Their are alot of facts on like Hillary she may seem good but I had to do a project for school and theirs the incident with benghezi and her emails, and she's been paying people off to cause a riot at trumps campaigns and theirs alot of bad stuff around her family, sadly trump seems like the less of the 2 sense he is at least truthful.
