As someone who hates doing cardio and also terrible at it, this is very doable and thank you for making it so fun! @@bengalifujoshi8111 I feel a lot stronger in terms of cardio endurance and strength, I puff less when walking outside and my clothes fit slightly better now! I see a lot of difference in my waist, back rolls and thighs. I try to keep my calories intake 1550 during weekdays, and enjoy food moderately during weekends.
I'm thinking about doing dance workouts bc I can't be consistent with others. You added a lot of other workouts in your journey, would you think just doing dances will provide comparable results? 🤔
@@kimberlyceulemans6015 You can always add intensity to all the movement during the dance workout, for eg. squat lower, hop higher, twist more, more dynamic movement and rhythm etc. Once your body gets used to it, it's good to try another challenging dance workout to improve yourself. I like doing the same video everyday for a month so I don't have to think much in the morning 😂 That being said nutrition, consistency and recovery are important too depending on your goals. Definitely stretch, and if you're still sore in your next workout, just modify the movement so you can keep your body moving.
HIP is honestly such a bop, hasn't aged a day even though it's been almost three years since its release. After a little over one year of having my first baby, today I FINALLY CRUSHED the entire routine. Not only am I back to my pre-pregnancy weight, but I am so much stronger and more capable than I ever believed I could be. This is the first workout routine I ever finished, and I wish I could tell all this to myself when I was the hopeless 12 year old chubby girl trying everything I could to be where I am now today. I found these dance workouts right after I had my baby, and they inspired me that working out can be fun, and dancing isn’t that hard to learn. This one has been my favorite so far. These, along with better eating and starting to ride my bike on days where my baby is at grandma's, have made me love my body for the first time in my life. I prayed for help getting my body in better shape, and I found these videos so long ago. Here we are about 50 pounds lighter and a whole lot stronger. While there's lots of goals to achieve from here ... I finally made it through. Thanks Jo ❤

Exactly same here jo got my butt off the sofa and got me actually doing some exercises...slowly but surely i am working my way and even though I take as many breaks as i need and watch if I cant do some exercises it still makes me feel better and i have managed to lose weight also!!!who says you cant lose weight slowly and with little exercise right?😉jo really is the best xxx

(Today I’ll be doing day 6 today) but here are my measurements! Measurements (9/6/21) Weight: 210.8 Waist: 38.5 in Hips: 47 in Thigh: 24.5 in Chest 43.5 in Calf: 15 in Upper arm: 12.5 in Butt: 48 in Measurements (9/11/21) Weight: 206.8 Waist: 37 in Hips: 46 in Thigh: 24 in Chest: 42.5 in Calf: 14 in Upper arm: 12 in Butt: 47 in 12/7/21 Update: by continuing to do her workouts and *sometimes (not super often) going to the gym. I’m now 190.6 🥲. I’m not super strict on my diet so it’s taken longer than I’ve wanted it to but it’s been sustainable so I’m so happy!

My friend persuaded me to try this work out with her, even though I am still recovering from a lung surgery. So I did just baby steps and sweated like there was no tomorrow - but I fought through it all. And I loved it. And it reduced my fear. And I am now brave enough to do regular workouts again.! I've been consistent for 27 days!!!! My diet is generally pretty healthy anyway and I haven't been restricting my diet. Results: I started on 157 lb and 33% body fat mass 27 days later I am still 157 lb but have only 21% body fat mass I've lost half an inch from my waist I really wanted to lose weight but I guess I've lost fat and gained muscle which is still really good. Will do another check in mid June and see whether I've lost any weight! Regardless, I love doing these workouts because I feel like I'm really looking after my body - I'd much rather do a half hour workout than spend half an hour mindlessly scrolling on my phone. I guess my results so far show you that even if the scale doesn't change that doesn't mean your body isn't changing or grateful to you for treating it with kindness and love ❤

I feel great. I usually exercise early or in the evening but i decided to join this premiere and you didn't disappoint. I'm not really much into K-pop but Mamamoo HIP is my favorite if I have to choose wouldn't have minded another Mamamoo in there , But mic drop was my fav to exercise to in this one.
Here after I saw someone post the before and after of their workouts . Not obese , but slightly overweight ( 67.5 kg , my height is 159/160 cm) . I've been having period issues , body insecurities, etc , but I also have commitment issues. So I'll try posting everyday here , to motivate me . My goal is 50/55 KGS Day One : Done Day Two :

I don’t usually comment on any kind of videos, but lemme just tell you how much fun I had doing this. Since it is the first time I’m doing this I was really tired at the end and skipped the last song, but no other workout had given me the motivation to continue until I was sweating and breathing heavily. I usually try out some workouts and then get bored and stop. This is my first time doing a dance workout and I loved it! Thank you so much for making this, the motivation I needed was a fun workout with background music that I enjoy. Hopefully I will continue doing this.
When I first started my weight loss journey I tried this and just couldn’t finish it. Well now, I finally did! I loved this workout because I love the music. Kill This Love was my fave song!

This was SO FUN. I quit working out and gained weight after my health started declining and I started having joint pain in my entire body. But I finally am sick of feeling like crap and needed a low impact, fun workout. This was amazing! Please do more kpop! I would like to suggest Ateez! They have awesome rap/upbeat songs that are great for dancing.

For anyone who prob just had same thought like I did, "this looks not that intense, is it really work?". I'm a former jogger 5 years ago, haven't been worked out much in the past years. Trust me, you won't feel anything at the begining of the video, but when you end it, you will definitely sweating!!!! It's very simple for anyone who want to slowly pick up the work out habit again but dunno where to start, this video helped a lot! I decide to do it every evening and see how it goes! Love it!
