That big bunk Ford cabover is one of my favorite trucks ever. I had a chance to buy one once for a decent price and passed, i've regretted it for a long time.

Hey, Dane...your "black coffee" intro "hit the spot" for tonight's visit to the "Truckers Lounge". Beautiful, beautiful trucks, my friend...especially that CL9000..."oh, boy!!!" In March 2022, my job (at the time) took me to Riverhead Raceway on Long Island (NY), and I had the incredible opportunity to "meet", firsthand, a pristine CL9000 (single axle; "short" sleeper version) on the property that was stored there. On subsequent visits to the Raceway, I got to see the truck (with a vintage 1974 Kentucky drop-deck trailer) run around the property, as well as a chance to climb onboard for a closer look! Oh-so cool stuff...pictures coming your way... 👍👍👌👌

I love your channel. I'm currently restoring a 1998 Peterbilt 379 EXT and a 1989 Kenworth cabover Aerodyne.

I drove a CL9000 for a friend of mine it had a Cat engine and a 13 speed. I had that thing to well over 100 m.p.h. what a beast that truck was. Great video as usual Dane.

Love the Fords my brother had a ltl9000 with double bunk back in the day...absolute beautiful truck...but cant beat that cl9000 especially with that factory wave paint....

For a Ford 9000 .this one is in real good shape and the cab looks really clean.

Gee I used to deliver sugar to maple 🍁 donuts in town and always stopped at the all aboard dinor good food and lots of room to park a truck 👍

Maybe 4 or 5 issue from 1969 to 83 , but to the point always loved the PETERBILT Ads especially from the 70s issues , and the 2 tone Green 352 is Sweet , actually have a 16X24 poster of that ad , Safe Travels as always 👍👍👍👍

O-H-I-O Porter greetings 🇺🇸Loved the CL9000. The end plate on the frame is so cool looking & I think only Ford had those made like that. Is that one a frequent driver? The Ford Aeromax still has the Louisville cab on it & I love that cab. Quite beefy & boss looking. Wouldn’t you agree? Did that W900 still have the 8 track in it? That is one sweet rig, too! And that K100 was the icing on the cake! SWEET rig!! I’m glad that you sold Cracker Jack & to someone close. I couldn’t find it on Facebook. That’s the way it goes. Now the CL9000 was nice. But the star of the show was the K100.... Just a lil nose up in the air as you were saying to the 359 guys..lol.. Gotta mess them.. I love all trucks, but my favorite is a KW.. Because that is mostly what I drove. But have drove most of them. Nothing is as nice as the older ones though in my mind. Keep doing what your doing and can't wait till the next one. Come ooon...

Another great video Dane, All those trucks look great. I have driven one of each . The CL9000 the one I drove had the small sleeper, but a good truck. I thought Ford and the GMC were good trucks . Just my opinion.

I missed a nice Ford with a 6V71 on Auction Time. It sold for $1133.00 but it was in Idaho......... Say when you get a yard full of day cab trucks with 71 series Detroit 2 cycles how about renting me one for a few months. I don't want to haul anything I just like to drive around the block and listen to the engine......😆

Hey Dane I'm currently working on the 1/24 scale Ford LTL9000 conventional;that was origionally an Italeri kit but was aquired by Round2Models,and has been reissued as an AMT kit. I've added alot of scratch built details to the 400hp Cummins Big Cam3 engine,the cab,and the chassis using EverGreen styrene rod and Magic Stretch 1mm diameter vinyl bead & jewelry stretch cord to simulate all of the oil lines,fuel lines,and air lines,before I prime & paint everything.I plan on replicating the box art as I think the kit will look really good in a two tone metallic red scheme;I'm going to airbrush the chassis in one shade of metallic red,and airbrush the hood,cab,and sleeper,in a different shade of metallic red.The engine was missing the fuel pump and all of the fuel lines that goes from the fuel pump to where the enjectors would be,so I scratch built those details,along with adding some detail to the transmission as it is an Eaton Fuller 13 speed manual transmission with overdrive as there is a transmission cooler just under the back of the transmission.Once I have figured out how to email pictures of the build,I will send you some.
