@Arid Sohan in his defense, he did only say he "bought" them. I'm sure they're laying somewhere around the house giving the decorative illusion of masculinity.
Definitely cool aerobic conditioning with weights while jumping around. How is this functional, for what purpose other than combining some random movements?
It’s amazing how few people truly discern the exercises that build your body from the anatomical “bottom” (joints, connective tissue, nerve function). Although this is a more advanced form, there are literally so many ways to build yourself up to a more functional, and anatomically more efficient human. Once you build the base, all you muscle heads (slightly joking) will really see a huge difference in terms of weight lifting... or whatever your hobby is. Just takes being a beginner again to be honest, and it truly is the consistency of the little things.
josh hale true your right. But some better, more efficient, and less stressful for them. Not only that but exercises like these, or easier forms, also allow you to hit certain areas you can’t hit with regular “working out”. All I’m saying is that people wanna jump into working out right away, which is cool, no problem at all, exercise is exercise how I see it BUT... if you want to optimize how your body works as a human and strain yourself less it’s better to do the hard shitty stuff that nobody thinks about before jumping into higher weight.
josh hale didn’t mean to come at you bro. I was just working out a little bit ago and I wanted to give you an example... so I have a ladder for quick steps.. doing different type of quick step exercises helps recruit fast twitch muscles (do those for reps), doing things like animal walks, line jumps. Mix that with the resistance bands, static holds, calisthenics exercises, and regular weight lifting and dude you just become overall wayyy more efficient. Just a little thinking outside the box and you become way more efficient. Doesn’t have to even be hard exercises. You can find things that work for all ages. It’s very obvious knowledge, but few people do it. Obviously if your Kyle dake, your doing all that plus these advanced forms and look at the dude he’s a monster strength wise, movement wise and even health wise.
Man this looks as fun as it looks intense. I hope I can catch y'alls next sale on the 10 week course. The nearest FP practitioner is like 6+ hours away
You literally missed out on the biggest sale yet for the online course. Was 40% off up until like 1 hour ago!! Maybe it still applies, FACEBOOK40 is the code
in the name of minimalism ... is it possible with only 3 exercises (kettle, tire, hammer free body or barbell...) to obtain mass and explosive strength for fighters? thank you
Dake is the SLOWEST wrestler to ever win a match. They desperately need some spped drills or quick twitch fiber workouts. This is total crap and has NOT helped Dake win one match.
you have to keep the tention on the rope. That is what makes it very hard. If you dont do it quik enough the will be no tention on the rope en the ball just hit you in the nuts or something. that is why it is way harder with a ball that 5 kilos on a rope than a mace that weighs 10 for example
@@functionalpatterns It wasn't an opinion. It was a question. I was just curious about what his training entailed. I am genuinely interested in knowing what the regimen consists of.
Unorthodox workout. At the gym they say here he comes the guy with crazy workouts. Cuz am using the fundamental workout of Functional Patterns I downloaded years ago. No more pumping iron. Functional training.
I have a MMA self defense background Functional training is not just for sports. It is also for everyday life. Am 59 years old. Am much stronger than my 35. At the gym people can’t believe at my age to do these exercises. Once you have the basics, all the exercises become easy. You gonna have fun. It will not be exercises anymore. It be playing time. And enjoy the workout. I also downloaded a gymnastics ring program on another site 3 years ago.
Do more research on functional patterns. Specifically go to our Instagram and look at the results we get with people who even have neurodegenerative disorders. Things are different this time and we are simply pulling one tool out of about 50k tools here to push Kyle's metabolic conditioning up. FP is the best, period. If you go to our instram and see the results, it's obvious why we say we are the best and no one who is known argues with that statement.
I had a broken hip and functional patterns is perfect for you BECAUSE you have back and joint problems! Kyle Dake is going really hard here - but starting from scratch with functional patterns, I was able to jog again for the first time in ten years. FP is fantastic for the injured.
i had problems with my back and hip and ive alwasy been into sports, check them out on instagram and their website they have real results healing real people it sure did help me man idk hope u can find some help with it to ya know
Take his on line class to learn the basic. You will not regret it. From there you will be able to do all the moves on his videos. You will have fun and enjoy your workout. Believe me, am 59 years old turn 60 in 3 months. Am able to do 90% on his training and am feeling great.
Dake lost a single match in the past 5 years, and people still want to criticize. Since then Dake has won a fourth world championship, and Kadzimahamedau has retired, never winning one. Not criticizing Kadz, but something was obviously off about Dake that day.
@@srv165 Hey dude, go to our IG. It's flooded with results of people specifically getting out of pain with FP. In fact, Kyle Dake had a base of SQUATS, DEAD'S AND BENCH PRESSES, and he had to contemplate retirement because of their detrimental effects. You should really consider typing in "naudi aguilar bret contreras". That right there is an example of a very well respected PHD who has dozens of peer reviewed studies having to bend the knee after realizing those types of programs do nothing to enhance something as simple as running. Do more research, bro. To the known in the field, this is the standard. If it wasn't, they would all be calling out my system. When they see the results, they have to bend a knee. Go to the gram, watch the results, then react accordingly after that.
Definitely does not induce injury. Kyle was injured following other protocols. Since doing FP he has been winning world titles and beating world champions with almost no pain.
Indian wrestling does alot of these functional stuff. Used to tell people about it and they would laugh because alot of the exercises look weird compared to the pumping iron crowd!
Dake could do literally anything and get stronger because he's got god tier genes and Olympic work ethic. Don't think hopping around holding kettlebells made him an Olympian.
Go onto our Instagram and look at our results. We aren't the typical fitness system and we earned our respect from those in the know as the best in the field by the widest of margins. Because we actually scale to a person's level doesn't mean we train everyone the same. Please be responsible and research so that you perspective is less hyperreductionistic.
Kyle was injured before FP. He has won 2 world titles since then. PHDs used to have similar opinions about fp. 8 years later they are all injured and quiet. Research our IG and see the results. Trying thinking about stuff, it might help you discern what works from what doesn't.
@@functionalpatterns Please provide any kind of scientific evidence for this. I highly doubt people with PHDs are all injured and quiet. You provide nothing but anecdotal evidence. All of that can easily be faked. You make these insane claims that any kind of workout besides yours is "dysfunctional" yet there's years of ACTUAL SCIENCE proving you wrong. Any workout can cause injury when done incorrectly. You did a great job of ripping off The Gray Institute as well. You're a fraud and anyone with half a brain knows it.
@@Bravery469 look at the results FP has brought that everyother modality of training doesnt even come close to look up the before and after pics they have with clients with scoliosis and you will likely change ur mind man
That remains to be seen. Give it time, he'll get his shot here soon enough. That said, is losing to one of the GOATs really going to diminish Kyle's reputation? I mean like... What are you doing with your life? Anything close to that?
