I love this version of La Nuit! I personally love the iris note in men's fragrances, but the way that YSL uses it here blew my mind. I was expecting either the clean metallic iris from Prada or the softer, feminine lipstick, sweet iris from Dior. Boy was I surprised, this was a blast of cold, fresh iris that gave me the sensation of putting on a cold suede jacket and feeling it warm up with my body temperature as the minutes went by. The heart of the original's sweetness and warmth peeked out at the mid and dry down. Absolute love!

I wore this to the grocery store while Instacartting one day and LITERALLY (no joke any all) I got stopped by 7 women throughout the whole day at different grocery stores. One woman literally followed me around on every aisle and kept sniffing. INSANELY addictive to women. Keep in mind.. my ass is GAY!!! By far, in my Top 5. I had to stock up bc they don't make it anymore and the outlets have being limited with inventory of it.

UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I have the original. I just picked up a bottle of the L' intense as an afterthought...it was the online retailers last bottle. Sprayed it on a tester strip and immediately was impressed. Sprayed it on skin and clothes...and as it got to the heart and then into the dry-down this became instantly in my top 5 fragrances and that includes 70ish bottles of niche and 350ish bottles of designer!!! Utterly stunned I've missed this fragrance until AFTER it's been discontinued! What a shame. This is SUPERIOR, by far, to the original!!!!! My GF instantly smelled it and couldn't get enough. It's soooo much better on skin, no question! Designer fragrances, I put in this category of scenct but get utterly smoked so hard....it's embarrassing: Dior Homme parfum Dior Homme EDP YSL La Nuit De L'Homme YSL L' Homme YSL Tuxedo Brioni EDP & Intense D&G The One and all flankers Guerlain Ideal Intense

Amazing video! 👏, I’m a huge fan of YSL L’homme line, and yes! LDL L’intense is one of my favorite 🤩, It is very simple While LDL le parfum is the woody/mature cardamom of the original LDL , L’intense is more about the SWEETNESS! clean violet, sweet tonka bean and cardamom, it is just beautiful!, And No, it is not the same as LDL eau de parfum. Overall 7.5/10. Nice suit Steven! 👍. Blessings.

Love the bottle and it does have a role in the line of La Nuit... Sadly I just couldn't get into it! But this is a great review and I respect this scent cause iris smells good in many fragrances (mostly prada l'homme for me) but I still have a 5 ml in case I change my mind. Awesome review bud!

I had the original edp version of "La nuit de l'homme" by Yves Saint Laurent, I actually got it as a gift from my father. I will be looking forward to smelling this but when I had mine, I think it was a 50ml bottle so I was very careful not to spray too much because it was really expensive in my eyes, at 14-15 years old, but damn the original has a unique smell, I remember the fragrance sticking to clothing for days in a row! Actually I think it was an edt but it smelled so heavy and for a really long time

Ysl frags are more made to be close to skin scents. Something you wear with your lady, not necessarily meant to be projected across the room. I came to learn this about frags. Not everyone is going to be a bomb. I’m wearing right now and can still smell and it’s been 8 hours.

I love the original, but sure wish it's performance was much better. It it was, I'd always have a bottle. Seems like the intense version is a different scent, but discontinued already. I'm disappointed.
