Landlord/Handyman is almost a PLUMBER | Nightmare Water Meter REPAIR

Vacant rental property is cleaned out. 2 repairs on my list change the thermostat and find out what's leaking. After changing the thermostat I found that the water was coming from the water meter. Could not get the water meter to brake free from the meter spuds. Ended up having to unsweat the fittings and replace. Got everything back together and ready for the city to hook up.
Found 2 other drain pipes leaking.

Thanks for watching. Ohio. Yes I rent most of all my rentals section 8. I also do work for 2 other landlords. This was a paid job for one of the landlords I work for.

Gawd, I just had a tenant move out with a roach infestation of German roaches and the SMELL!!!

Yes it's a very weird smell. I use 2 different products for roaches giving about 5 days between treatments. Bifin I/t 1oz per gallon, and a product called Phantom 2.5 to 3 oz per gallon. Spraying all baseboards, cracks, hinges, door handles, casing cabinets. U need to think like a roach, be the roach. haha U like dark tight areas with some water. Thanks for watching

Haha. I've heard roaches can survive just about anything. I believe bedbugs and roaches are in hell!
