Whether you can commit to 6 days a week, 3 days a week, or something in between, it's important to simply commit to it and establish a weekly rhythm. Happy to hear you so inspired.
When practicing Ashtanga yoga all students start with Primary Series. Building a solid foundation is of most importance, and takes time, as well as, patience. Best of luck. Learning "tricks" or asanas aren't the goal, simply practicing is . . .
I am so thankful I have found your videos. You're practice shows years of dedication and it's inspirational. I especially loved hearing your breathing throughout the entire video. I subscribed. I hope to get to learn from you one day!
Hello, I'm your old fan. I have a question while watching the video. Is it right to move your right foot first when you go forward, and move your left foot first when you come back? Or does it matter if I move my right foot first when I come back?
@@larugayoga Thank you for your answer. I'm so honored to receive your reply! So you move your right foot first when you go forward and when you come back.
thank you! I am very amazed by your flexibilty! It is amazing what the human body can do! that was the first time I have seen that and when I thought about it I didn't think it was possible till' now and it is quite cool! do you do gymnastics or any other sports???
Wow it so inspiring to see you on many levels, need to see you on the cover of a yoga mag. Do you teach? But glad to have found your videos. I feel a little less odd now. But am determined not to stop my practice again. Also the "sound" of you breathing was very helpful, it answered a question I had.
Well good morning .No I won't . And I will use you as an inspiration to continue my practice, although I would love to pick your brain for some insights. My situation is that I can only practice a few days a week. But I am in it for the long run. And I can see and fell the difference in my body and my self. I missed it.
What sequences have you been doing to reach this? This is actually where I want to reach within the next few months :) Please let me know, great video :D
I think Ms Lagura is doing advanced poses in her Intermediate series. She makes it look as easy as a piece of case so for her of course these poses are intermediate 😅😅😅
