I have not heard anything about what her story is or even Chads as well. One question I have in every trial is, so the defendant is allow either a public defender or they can hire someone, why is it that the prosecution is always from the DA's office? Why can't the father, brother, sister etc hire a fantastic lawyer to prosecute? I've always felt that the outcome of a lot of trials, re Casey Anthony or OJ Simpson could have had a totally different outcome if a high powered atty would have prosecuted the case. Especially when both the defense and prosecution lawyers are from the DA's office.

She had the mens rea to understand who was well enough insured, who had a big enough trust fund and who was bringing in almost a grand a week in disability payments to be worth killing. That's why they didn't kill Chad's kids. They weren't well insured. Tammy and Charles sure as hell were. Tammy's insurance had been doubled a few weeks before she died. Tylee had a trust fund worth over two million dollars and JJ's disability payments kept Lori living a life of leisure long after the poor little mite was gone. People who are truly delusional and convinced that their god it telling them to kill people don't go to the trouble of hiring hitmen and making sure they have alibis for the times when people are being killed. They don't make up convoluted stories about self defence to cover for the killings and they sure as hell don't pad out insurance policies before the deed is done.

RE: Mens rea According to what Peter Tragos said starting at 3:33 of the video, Lori wouldn't be guilty if they tried her, because she believed she was killing zombies, or, more precisely, giving the green light for zombies to be killed by Alex Cox (the family enforcer), after Lori pronouncing them as zombies. Once that declaration of zombiehood (?) was made, that person's body could be killed, because it was already dead spiritually. Their body was taken over by an evil/dark/zombie/demonic spirit. They weren't murdering people, they were killing zombies. This released the natural spirits, that had once inhabited the bodies, but had been kicked out by the (zombie) spirit and consigned to limbo, to be freed. She is, ipso facto, incompetent to stand trial, this being her sincerely held belief, that Chad, and other doomsday cult adherents, shared. She didn't/doesn't have the intent/knowledge that she was commiting a crime.

The competency thing / she did proclaim to others that her kids had gone dark / zombified / but she also knew the kids’ exact dollar amount and how to access it. Tylee was reviving parental death benefits from joe Ryan and JJ was receiving disability payments for his autism. She can’t truly have thought they were zombies bc her communications w Chad show that she viewed them as income / she was even arrested w Tylee’s bank card which she had used after tylee was dismembered and burned . They were financing their gross Hawaiian honeymoon w the dead children’s money as well as Tammy’s death money. You see/ everyone they killed brought them in one . This woman needs to stop playing and manipulating and live in prison the rest of her life.

If you do another Q&A Mt question is. Over a year ago Chad was charged with charges connected to the children's bodies that were found in his yard. Have those charges been dropped? If not are they trying them at the same time as the murder and Insurance fraud charges? I thought by now they would have gone to court on the charges connected with the children's bodies.

Just my opinion however if you look up the amount of cases in Idaho defendants are found not competent for trial is High. Including lots of misdemeanor cases. Most resolved within 45 to 60 days. My quess it's used to avoid appeals since state has lacks not guilty because of insanity.

Using your example, since Lori believed she was killing zombies, she has a legal defense for not guilty.

See what happens after the first 90 days. If Blondezilla is still found by psychiatric professionals to be incompetent to stand trial, she'll get a 180 day extension. If, after those additional 6 months, she still "not restored," then see how her mental state may mitigate her "mental state." So what Blonde-zilla is likely saying is that her children "really aren't dead," it was just the "zombies" who were vanquished, the kids were "still alive." Who knows? Maybe Blonde-zilla will say that "Charles" is still alive, it's just "Ned" and/or "Hipplos" who died. I hope not, but if there is a 180 day extension, Shallow may not stand trial. In the meantime, the Chin is TOAST for Tammy's murder, if not the childrens' as well. While I oppose the Death Penalty, if ID seeks it, I won't be surprised. I don't think the Chin is phased, either by a life sentence, since he'll be a "prison preacher," or by being executed, since he may be looking forward to dwelling eternally with SATAN.

There are those like you said that have high IQ's and can solve what seems to be impossible things yet they can't seem to understand or do simple things. Ex. Einstein had an incredible brain and a super high IQ however he couldn't do simple day to day things like open a door. It's called the Einstein Syndrome. Okay , so if she thought her children were zombies and evil , and they are her children, her family , surely then the press hounding them and being around them while they were in hawai "on holiday" , then why didnt she not see those people as evil and being zombies, if she is so frightened of zombies and sees humans that are evil as such , why not attack and kill the reporters for being evil zombies. She can't have it both ways, if she sees some as zombies such as her kids , then why not people who are in their face, surely if someone is chasing you around and you are crazy you would also see them as zombies, therefore try and kill them. I know this is off topic, but in the Darlie Routier case... The lawyer that defended her in court was bought & paid for by her husband, and his main task was to make sure her husband didn't get accused of being involved in the crime. I also saw that he failed the lie detector 5 times, but still some how didn't get charged for any involvement in the crime. Shouldn't that be enough reason for them to give darlie a re trial? She was given the death sentence & is running out of time fast. Could u please please please look into her case & do a video of ur opinions on it? I actually fully believe she is innocent, & think her trial really stank from the police not taking any notes on the night of the crime & coz the prosecution only showed the jury a small part of the silly string grave side party, leaving out the bit where darlie absolutely fell apart from all her grief over loosing her babies. Some of the jurors even later said they would've found her not guilty if they had seen the whole video. This woman is going to die soon. Something really needs to be done to help her get a retrial. Great video mate. Lori Vallow changed when she met Chad Daybell in mid 2019, he convinced her they were married in hundreds of previous lives and all that kinda stuff. She was at that time married to Charles Vallow who was trying to get her sectioned, she was sectioned but she talked her way out very quick, few weeks later her brother Alex Cox killed Charles, her husband was the first to go, then her 2 kids went missing, then Chad Daybells wife died, 2 weeks after she died Chad an Lori got married when they ran away to hawaii to marry after failing to produce her children, then her brother Alex Cox died, then the children were found in June 2020 on Chad daybells property so basically since Lori an Chad met 5 people have died.....all over a 18 ta 24 month period
