means his credentials like badge and police authority has been temporarily suspended until the outcome of the administrative police investigation. He maybe assigned another job function or maybe assigned to be home most likely home. He will receive full paid benefits until the conclusion of the investigation. If the investigation exonerates him, his police credentials will be restored. If the investigation reveals that allegations against him have merit then he will disciplined which will include suspension without pay for a temporary time up to complete firing depending on recommendations from the colonel.
