That Cardio in the beginning effected his strength, military press 100kg for 3 is kinda wack, I can’t lie the whole session seemed lapsy daisy just going through the motions no effort, maybe do the Cardio after the weight session

Treat the neighborhoods and cities/counties you buy in as you would investing in a company. I personally don’t trust investing in the city for the long run. The Counties will always be more desirable in my opinion even if the City starts to thrive.
