I think it's more of him showing us what we need to practice on in one minute not literally IRL do it in one minute but more like he shows us the steps and we take our time practicing each step until we get the final result
@@ThankyouDeer029 I think that people are so used to seeking instant gratification that they interpret gaining the ability with one minute of effort. It seems lost on them that packaging the lesson into a minute is an impressive feat.
Big props. I've been into parkour and free running since I was younger, used to have big dedication but adulting kinda gets in the way. I pride myself on being able to still backflip on demand though. Took me the best part of two years to get my first backflip, would have probably nailed it in a day with your videos! Respect this channel so much, love your emphasis on focusing. You're a legend. P.S. you taught me how to b twist in an hour, but I couldn't do it the next day lmao. Need to rewatch.
To be honest it’s very rare that people will break their mental block or fear of doing this in a minute but having the knowledge of doing it in a minute is really cool Thx bro
My question would be how much energy are you suppose to exert when your foot is pushing against the wall. Because this is how I see it, push too much then maybe overflip, weak push then maybe hurt a body part. I want to know how to parkour honestly. Thank you
What I did was place two hands behind me and did a backhand spring from the wall to get over the fear of being upside down then just slowly put less pressure in my hands and gaining more speed and using more strength.
