This is the best content. This and Malizia's mast repairs are the highlights of the leg for me. So cool not only what the crews are doing, especially given WHERE they are doing it, but being able to watch and go along for the emotional ride(s) from when they discover the damage, assess it, wait for an opportunity, and then repair it. Magic.

180 degree mood swing with alot more positive vibes. Setting new standards for increased speeds as opportunities arise. Implementing the suggestions from the offshore team, using what is available. Not pretty but effective. Good luck in the continuing leg of this endurance race.

I would guess that he is holding the mainsheet with a few turns on a winch, ready to ease, should an unexpected gust or wind shif occur.

It's the engine charging the batteries - not used for propultion.
