We are Lems, a Colorado-based footwear company founded in 2008 by Andrew Rademacher after a “light bulb moment” stemming from his inability to find shoes that mimicked the natural shape of the foot. Overcoming the growing pains that come with both launching a company and ill-fitting footwear, Rademacher debuted his first shoe, the Primal, in 2011.
In an industry where loyalty is paramount, Lems continues to make strides against its big-name competition.
