Breaking up feels like a death. You’ll sit back thinking of all the good times and memories you’ve shared. Wondering if they even think of you , if they had ever loved you, or if they are with someone else.. it’s been 3 months for me and I’m taking it 1 day at a time. One piece of advice that has helped me is that “What is meant to stay wouldn’t leave”

My ex got with someone 2 yrs after we split and had twins with him....... We never spoke in all them years and I only see her in family court.... After representing myself and gaining access to our son she told me she was sorry and thought i hated her.... She got with some nice but drip of a man to try to move on but split with him during her pregnancy as she never loved him and always will thought of me and regrets everything and she's always loved me etc etc........ This June 2022 we started sleeping together and seeing each other and it was like a whirlwind romance but I can't get past what happened and in them years I stayed single etc....... Then she got depression again about September (her mental health caused drama that lead to us breaking up in 2016 and the fact I didn't know what was going on and reacted bad at times back in our 1st relationship etc as I didn't know she had mental health issues back then and thought she was just being a bitch)....... Anyway same thing now she's pushed me away and bringing up the arguments from 2016 but now I'm reacting better......... 6 weeks ago approx Halloween she told me she loves me but can't be with me and she's angry at me and everything I say or do is wrong..... If I'm nice I'm manipulative or she thinks I'm up to something...... If I tell her how I feel she says I'm digging at her or attacking her (verbally)....... I told her 2 days ago I accept it and I'm done being the doormat then she says I'm now messing with her head........ Ive tried to sort it out and she don't want to and then I accept her choice and she's not unhappy about it and says I'm messing with her mind....... I can't win........ Point is it can work but she has mental health problems but if both people don't have that I believe it could work but I feel in most cases it will never be the same again once they have been in another relationship...... I'm struggling to move on but I have to and would say to others don't go back there and move on...... I know one day I meet someone else an be happy and if not I'm not happy being with this girl who I've never felt love for her with anyome else before and probably won't again but it won't work......... I wish I could stop feeling for her so I know how others feel....... If you have split not for long and they haven't been with another then keep in contact with them but distant...... Don't react bad ever but don't take crap and give them space etc...... The no contact for set amount of days is bs and these coaches are preying on vulnerable heart broken people for financial gain...... Give them space but don't disappear as they will think you've moved on so will do so themselves....... If its meant to be it will be if not move on as I've wasted 6 yrs in total to be in the same place I was the day we split.... There's 7 bill people in the world so don't get hung up on one as its habit and attachment that keeps you from being genuinely happy whether with another or alone...... Good luck and don't make the mistakes I have as all I've said is based on my own experience not some bs relationships coaches (most are so young or ugly they ain't never had enough experience to coach anyone ffs)

@@daveyber3564 thank you for your words and sharing your experience. Esp for calling out the no contact bs. Not all break ups are the same and shouldnt be handled the same. I’m going through a breakup, 2 weeks and counting. I was the one who messed up and i just can’t be doing no contact for 30+ days. I’d be an arsehole if I did that. Im trying to give her all the space she needs atm and I still need to make things up to her which is happening very soon. If shes still not interested after that then I know I’m going to have to let it go.

It hurts the worst when the person that made you feel so special yesterday, makes you feel so unwanted today, yet “Life moves on and so should we” You can spend minutes, hours, days, weeks, or even months over-analyzing a situation; trying to put the pieces together, justifying what could’ve, would’ve happened… or you can just leave the pieces on the floor and move on.

I don't want to trivialize anyone's pain because I have been there, but once you realize there is more to life than relationships you will find curiosity and strength to move on explore other aspects of life. You need to realize everything is transient in nature, thoughts, emotions, feelings, opinions, people, relationships, and even our bodies. I am not saying you should run away from everything but try not to hold on to anything.

I’m only 25 and just got out of a 6 year relationship, we shared a bank account had a dog, and an apartment. We just couldn’t get along, I guess I was delusional for thinking we could make it work. Just trying to stay positive now. I know deep down it’s better this way. Sleeping without someone is probably the hardest.

Great content, I've found along my journey that you can only get rejected if you reject yourself. Us living in a holographic universe, whenever we get rejected by a person they are simply responding to what's already within us. Congrats on the weight loss! If you still want to lose weight I highly recommend trying Keto. I lost nearly 60lbs in less than 3 months on keto with no exercise. Just in the first 2wks you will typically lose 10lbs and up to 25-30lbs in the first month alone. And yes, it's safe to lose that much weight that quickly when done with keto

I am so glad this video exists. At first I was almost obssessing over how I was treated. Then I thought if you keep wallowing in this how does it help you? I started really considering life and my goals, I am one day away from moving back to my home so I can follow a path I have always told myself I can't. At first I thought it was a "I'll show you" situation...I then realised I truly want to do this. For me and no one else. This break up was awful but it guided me to the light so I can see clearly what I need to do. What ever happens to my ex, I hope it is positive and he ends up happy.
