Many people are starting new accounts for the new referral system in Raid Shadow Legends released in Patch 5.80. The common question I get "What is the fastest way to level". In this video I breakdown the math required to reach level 50, the best location to get your account experience and then summarise how much time you can expect it to take.

While I’ve only used Kael as starter, from several accounts, I’ve conquered brutal as soon as soon as he hit lvl 60. Hitting 60 with Kael was my highest priority starting the game.

One thing missing from the numbers is the energy you get per day. It is assumed unlimited energy and nonstop runs for the time. Without counting any energy bonuses from level-ups and other freebies, you get 480 energy per day. Using the 40,680 total energy metric it will take ~85 days to complete, assuming you keep the game running 24/7. Great video by the way! It really puts the level of effort in perspective.

Don't forget you get refills with gems, but yeah, it will demand to do some missions, and be at least 30 to use them (but you get free energy at the beginning so easyly that you can make 30 with no refills with gems) but for sure it will take longer

I did some complicated and probably wrong math in excel and for me, without paying for energy, I would need about 62 days for lvl 50. This is with keeping the game running for 15 hours a day. If I buy a 10€ daily Gem Pack and wait for lvl 48 to turn them in, I could bring it down to 50 days. This is with a lot of guessing and averages... but it shouldn't take longer. Runtimes of battles are totally irrelevant unless it takes you 10 minutes. You need a 100% success rate and don't waste energy, that's all that counts. The next 3 accounts would be a lot easier, they should only take me about 17 days.

@@oranaro9000 I just finished getting my first set of 3 accts to level 30. No refills needed but I did start with the link code for 1000 energy (plus void shard). Took me probably 6 hours total of manual action all told and now my bluestacks macros have taken over just running Hard 12-3 in the background. I have about 1500 energy left, then it will be all on daily energy.

Was looking for the info myself but it's very hard to find (RAID don't answer the question in their forums apparently which is interesting). Only thing I could find was an answer on reddit that says xp boosts do not affect account xp. Important information for players wanting to level their accounts quickly as it means it's useless to waste gems on xp boosts. They will not level your account any faster & you can save the gems to use on energy alone if it's true.

awesome, thanks. running one at a time for now. had to detour a few times depending on other stuff. I noticed being new it threw me into a Kael skin tourney that only one other person was getting points in, so last 6 min ran level 4 - 8 times and won it to get the full skin. plus its sweet when you draw other aoe champs to really speed up the 12-6 runs

I run all my ref accounts every day and if I run out of 2x exp, I complete the daily quests for 5 days and save my energy the whole time. I then run them all day when I get the 2x going again and use gems for auto refill on RSL helper. I found it really easy to get to level 40, but level 40 to 50 is an absolute grind. It feels like it takes forever. I'll be looking forward to the next 3 referral accounts because all I want is Crohnam and getting 3 more accounts to level 40 won't be as bad.

Energy comes rather quickly in the beginning. If you are not spending money, these hours you stated will increase dramatically (around about level 30, just waiting for the energy to refill)

This helps a lot! The really difficult thing for me is how to get first 60 level kael efficiently. There are lots of quests and challenges, do I need to solve all those? Would like to have a video about how to get to brutal 12-6 more efficiently.

I got the first three kaels to level 60 by "playing normally" doing all the progress quests, dailies and farming campaign with whatever energy was left and my accounts hit level 35. now im doing 12-6 solo kael till i hit level 50 account

Thanks for this, was wondering how much time and energy it would take. I'd say that the limited energy is pretty rough as well. I know you get a bunch of energy early on. But let's say you are going to play a bit more passive, spending 600 energy a day. It takes 66 days to get to lvl 50. It's not that bad now that I think about it. I will do this slowly, this skippable fusion is a great time to start. LoL If the grind is too much I can just stop. Don't think this is a must, it is just a nice to have. I'd like to know how do you think this will inflate the app store statistics, Is raid just looking for a bump in there? Take away diablo's place?

You get a lot of gems early in the game, which you can spend for energy. If you just run Bluestacks and forget about it, it's probably not a lot of effort.

Itll take less than a month to get 3x lvl 50 (we had some promocodes with energy a compensation energy in agust 2022) and less than 2 weeks to get 3x lvl 40 You need to do clan missions for extra energy, also be active during cvc and other events (arena/training/gear enchanting) Start when there is energy in clan shop and cvc starts next week Good video, thank you for providing us with this info.

The biggest risk of multiboxing your own referral is that one of your referrals might get an amazing Void pull that you always wanted on your main. How do you math out of that?

Especially if you already got Ninja (or at end game) I'm assuming people want these to speed up dungeon runs but it doesn't seem like it's worth the time 'investment' (100+hours) if it won't amount to much Of course these are worth it for early and mid level accounts

Does the XP boost matter at all for account XP or is that solely champion XP? I assumed champion XP but they don't really communicate anything in the game about account XP so it is hard to know as a user. Thanks so much for this, it is amazing work! This is so incredibly useful. For those who are doing this, just as an FYI, if you don't care about the account then you do not need to run any food at all. Just get your starter in 12-6 brutal (assuming you can get there) and run them solo or do whatever is fastest. Now you will probably want to run food until you get the starter to 6 stars but after that it doesn't matter.

I've wondered this myself. Its really hard to test and I kinda forgot to do the checks when i put this out (been a long day). My instincts tell me no = i think champion xp is a differet type so its not subject but i could be wrong here! if so halve all my numbers.

@@HHGamingNetwork I really was wondering it when I was finishing up my third referral account a few months ago. If you aren't pushing early, you run out of the XP boost pretty quickly. Oh well, I only have to get to 40 for the second group of 3, my account is not really at a point where I need 3 sacreds and I couldn't care less about the skin for that amount of effort.

You don't need xp boost. I've tested this myselfn I ran 1 referal with a boost on, and the account leveled up at the same rate as my other 2.

I got really lucky awhile ago on one of my referals. I pulled a lego on an ancient shard during a champion chase and subsequently won a feast as the 1st place prize. I had a 6 star in my first 6 days.

CPU is going brrrr. quad boxing RSL lol! second batch of referrals are all at 15, which got me tayrels. So each account has Fayne, Lady Quillen, and Tayrel, and a bunch of energy refills. That Code generator tool yall made is a true godsend. Not to mention the blue stacks tutorial!

Dude, you need to check yourself. @12:00 you say that for a new account lvl 1 only takes 4 runs in normal 12.6 to do. How many LVL 1 NEW ACCOUNTS are able to do 12.6 right off the bat. (eyeroll, someone didn't think this all the way through)

I have a 30 day old account, made just for the referral, and it's farming 12-6 brutal with my starter(kael). It's not super fast around 30 secs or so. Still have a shiz load of energy from all the begin stuff. I'm level 42 overall on the account. I'm currently running 8 accounts(all referrals) for people I know. Lol can't get blue stacks to run right and I can get rsl helper downloaded. Every video I've looked up on it shows how to use rsl helper not to install it.

My only problem with this calculation, is that it considers you have energy. But as it is not an account you want to really deal with it, you can calculate maybe 2-300 energy per day :(

Look into Nox which is a different emulator, it uses less resources, runs smoother, and faster. I've used both on a high end system and prefer nox by a long way.

I personally got the feeling, ur account levels up a bit faster, if u level up higher star charakters in campaign. I did all referral stages for my f2p for the last fusion and it felt leveling chars like in a champ-training event was quicker than just running campaign. But maybe that was just a feeling.

My Kael(s) 50 with Lifesteal/Shield @16, Full Masteries at level 50 cannot get past hard 11-7. The first barrage from boss and minions kills him. I thought I'd get Kael to 60 by levelling food, but this now seems like a waste of time. When it comes to my next three accounts, it seems it would be less labour intensive to mostly ignore food and just get a team to normal 12-6 and repeat until level 50. Time to run the stage is going to be irrelevant when you're energy starved, I'm not sure I saw calculations based on available energy per day.

i got to level 35 when i finally maxxed the 3 kaels, i think its worth it if you wanna go to level 50. on the second round of accounts since you are going to level 40 you can keep the kael at rank 5

I started the 1st three referral accounts and I must be doing something wrong because there is no way I can get to 12-6 normal within an hour. I got Kael to 40, 4-stared, and ascended and there is no way he can farm 12-6. Even with Lady Q its still really difficult so the only thing I can think is the issue would be gear. This is exactly what I needed so I know how much time I need to invest to get the lego.

the problem with counting the days or hours it takes is , i think, that you dont have the energy (first 30 levels you maybe do have the energy cuz you keeep leveling up fast). like it says in the excell sheet you made, it takes 40k energy, so it will be impossible to just let autoclicker run 12-6 normal for lets say 100 hours straight. You will have to do dailies and missions and challenges to get extra energy and even then i dont think that energy would be enough to do it in 100 hours (plus the time to do the dailies in those 4-5 days and missions and challenges). so you would have to do it in shifts, like do the first 30 levels in 1 go and then do maybe a few levels each day and do the dailies for the extra energy. and then the last 10 levels will maybe take only one level up each day. maybe im wrong and if you spend all diamonds you get on energy too you will get there without doing anything but 12-6, cuz i didnt do any calculations like you did, but you kinda left the getting of the energy out of your calculations (which would be super much work so i do understand it lol).

Yeah Its one of those - I could go super deep and calculate all the energy regen and build that into the time but then theres also free gifts, extra refills challenges, quick missions. It gets complicated real fast. The good thing with this is you can scale it back if you want to :) so it gives you a baseline to understand the requirements.

@@HHGamingNetwork I think a good analysis would have been what Pedro Castilho said, the time it would take to get the 40k energy if you only used the natural energy refill. Ie, I turn on my bluestacks, get to hard 12-3, and then just hit replay for the next X hours, how long will it take?

Does it matter if i run stage 12-6 with 4 characters or 1 character? Do I get the same amount of account exp regardles of character number?

Its a factor that will reduce the time some what think you get about 1k account xp so maybe 1-2 runs

those are long times for brutal, granted ik its for a new account, but if you get your starter to max you could clear stage 3 in 11 seconds or stage 6 in 16seconds(my best) also my computer can't handle blu stacks, even one instance is very glichy, (playing the game from plaurim is not though) and 2 blue stacks just kinda breaks

I have an old referral from long ago and the guy has stopped playing at lvl 30 or so. I haven’t collected any perks yet. Can I delete it (I can see an x in the top right corner) and get the option to get another referral link? Or am I screwed?

You can get to 12-3 brutal in a day and farm it with Athel i have done it multiple times and im thinking of doing it today, it takes a long time doe but once you got all the accounts to 12-3 you can use bluestacks and use them all to farm brutal at the same time :D

Looking at lvl 40. 101712 / 840 daily energy = ~121 days. I'm at lvl 47 on day 23. It seems that daily quests and possibly easy/normal clan boss also provide quite a bit of extra exp.

just a heads up if u take the time to crack ur shards maybe spend a day or 2 sacrificing time to get some food aslong as u have an ok collection of champs ( i have 3 referals ive been runnign for a while slowly up the worst team i have is draconis kael giscard and deliana ) once u have 4 lvl 450's u can clear stage 6 brutal in 40s ish fater if u get better champs ( i have one with soulbond deliana skullcrown and kael that does it in about 25s ) u can quite easily get to farming brutal especialy as the free gear from quests some missions and from log in rewards can also carry pretty well since its all 5* epics yes it takes u away from campaign but it does make 12-6 possible alternatively feeding the incredible mountain of diabolist hellhounds and incubus is also an easy way to get some 50's also get do ur arena missions each day and the 2 advanced missions for gems ( u can also do all the dailys too ) this is effectively an energy refill every 2 days

but expect this to take a while i have account at 49 and a half and its on day 44atm although i did waste energy early going random missions and quests which i would not recommend unless it gives alot of gems or energy refills ( in which case do them once ur higher lvl and the refills matter more ) also the gem mine is debatable you will probably just end up breaking even if u are quitting the account after 50

you can also consider champion trainign tournaments if u end up geting ur starter to 60 u can generally do it with ur starter+ food in the free epic lifesteal gear and champion chase tournaments can be good too as u can generally get the early gem and energy rewards for spamming the ungodly mountain of mystery shards you will accrue You also have a decent shot at all the rewards for artfact enchancement quests again as u will have alot of silver kicking around its more work than just log in and run ur energy daily but it all adds up to cut down the days significantly

Does losing the campaign award account exp too? Instead of 1 minute runs (about what im at for my referral account), id much rather set up a macro to start, then immediately end the run. Saving a lot of time reaching level 50

Did you find any response to this? I am also curious if defeats grants you any account xp (full or fraction of the account xp you should normally get from a particular campaign level)...
