These vids are an awesome tool for any enthusiast or learner of the game. It is fun to watch and the camera angle provides the best experience. Thanks once again for the great work. 👍🏻👍🏻🌟🌟
Viktor Axelson was phenomenal in this game All his shots were crisp and he had really good placements Lin Dan is Lin Dan Never seen him play this casually and without focus but there must be some reason for sure
Lin Dan is getting old, so he bascially wants to conserve his energy for better tournaments with is mostly likely the Olympics and what not. It's rare to see Lin play to his fullest these days. Can't compete with the younger generations in terms of continuious smashes or so on but he has the experience to win most of them. To me, the main reason why Lin Dan enters tournaments is not to win but to be able to qualify for the Olympics so that's why he doesn't play to his best.
@@l3vin256 really?😂 I can't believe how dumb you are. 2018 LCW defeated kento momota in Malaysia open. And kento momota same year defeated LD very badly. LCW fitness is far better than any other yoneger player. 😂Are you blind?
@@abhisheksaha9945 if that game was dragged to the 3rd, pretty sure lcw will lose the game. And lcw was leading a lot and kento managed to catch up too
Hi Badminton Universe! Awesome angle! May I please use a few parts of this video to make a video on footwork of professional players? I will give due credits and mention the channel of course. Thanks!
I loved your video! Would it be okay if I re-edit it into a highlight and use it, with proper attribution to your channel, to promote your work? Thank you!
This looked like Lin Dan playing at 50% or playing with a fever... no where near the Lin Dan we all know, and Axe was certainly a rising force already then
The kid played well, Lin Dan had the pace rised up in the 1st game but was blocked by Axelsen defense. The attacks of Axelsen on the other hand caused much trouble to Lin Dan. The ending of Game 1-2 were just momentum continuation.
I guess he didn't want to play to his fullest and reveal all his strategies... So he could directly use them in the Olympics if a match happens against axelson (which happened at the end though).
@@muleto2012 no one can beat lindan of 2008 no one nor from the nor from the future at that time he was God of badminton simply no comparison whatsoever
Lin dan wasn't playing at his fullest capabilities. Dropping and clearing and waiting for his opponent to make an error. Lin wasn't pushing and pressuring Alexsen enough and forcing him to make an error. Where have your smashes gone Lin?
