She's trying make bank by gaslighting and using innocent victims as pawns. It works with naive folks but not that Nora lady or me for that matter. Another lady (who said she was a vet psychologist ) left the thread two days back cause she was rolling her eyes hard at GK more than LS.

Who would say anything bad about Gisela! Unhinged? That’s not her…. She’s so kind! If ppl prefer others..that’s one thing but to say anything negative…absurd. She sound and she’s fair and she fosters respect.

Gisela is so professional and is barely ever snarky. Every time she says she's gonna "snark it up", I always think it's too nice 😂. She's just a kind person! Weird that anyone would dislike her.

It's a given for anyone about LS. I can't stand LS either...she is clearly a villain against an innocent child. But GK is being a sack of unhinged frump more interested in snarky snarky ...(her favorite English word is snarky like she just discovered it) instead of having intelligent discussions on what is really involved in this tragedy. Personally, I think it was drugs and maybe accomplices from family members. But at least it's a discussion instead of mean girling a predator against a child. Watching all of my future live trials with Grizzly. She is THOROUGH. She takes the facts so seriously. Her mapped timeline of Lie-tecia's movements was better than the prosecutions. If someone doesn't like her, I have to guess it's pure jealousy.

I agree she does giggle when she is nervous…I defy anyone to be perfect as they seem to expect. These streamers and podcasters do amazing jobs with their content. What to me is most impressive about Peter AND Gisela is their kindness.

I did feel that he potentially planted doubt and confusion with regard to her diagnosis without clarifying what Colorado law deems insane. He did a good job for what they need to do but I felt he presented intentionally confusing concepts about her mental health….linking borderline to DID, calling it a psychotic episode and trying to support the manic state by behavioral examples. The dr. Lewis vs. reality left too much to confuse the jury as to what is legally insane. But for what he had to do as the defense….I guess that’s what he had. I hate to think any jurors will be confused by legal insanity

Honestly think that when they went in they didn't have their lunch here yet, then they were going to have lunch and likely not start deliberating over a casual lunch while eating, and maybe they hadn't even taken a poll from each other to see if they all were ready to go guilty or not

Look at what she did on the stand for Arthur Shawcross. In her HBO special she blames that awful job on being early in her career. Yet she did almost the same thing in this case. She also gave Bundy a kiss on the cheek right before he was executed. Below is a quote from her. It's highly off for a doc to do this. "Bundy had asked whether I would come and see him before he was executed,” she said. After the weekend she was able to see him. “Before I walked out of the room,” she said, “he bent down and kissed me on the cheek. And so I kissed him on the cheek, and walked out."

I also teared up at times, especially during the prosecution’s closing arguments. I can’t imagine claiming to have accidentally done this but not showing guilt or remorse.

In this country we’ve had three unusually horrific murder trials in just the last few months. They’re all awful but Letitia was exceptionally cruel. I think she hurt that boy on a daily basis in some cruel yet quiet way. There’s a darkness in her. Now typing that it makes me wonder what she’d be on Chad Daybells scale. Is it just my perception that these three trials hit different or were out of the ordinary awful

I’m wondering why the prosecution didn’t explain it the way you explained this.. so much easier to understand and also common sense too really.. I feel the prosecution should’ve hammered more details in their closing, directly link things, instead of listing the lies she told again and wording things in a hypothesis way

@@MellowWell0w Thank you for your kind words and I do believe that no doctor or attorney could provide more insight into how any disorder feels body, mind and soul- then someone who has a first person perspective of experiencing it. It is a very complex disorder and I feel that the Prosecutor did not have a full grasp of how this disorder works and played it safe by trying to point out that this is one of her many lies rather try and dispute an illness he knows little about, but I can relate to that frustration too that you feel about how it was handled. It also frustrates me that she is using this illness to excuse her actions and to this date I have not known of any other ppl with DID that were convicted of murder. I have heard of some with a suicidal alter, but not homicidal. Also, if she had co-conscience episodes, these would occur most often during times of over- whelming stress when you are pushed past your limits and an alter steps up to carry the burden you cannot handle, and she would have many other incidents of this long before this one episode of committing a murder. As far as her wanting to rename herself- countless ppl who have a name they hate, hope to use a new one for the simple reason that they do not like their name- it is not a symptom of DID as it stands alone. In fact, when I was in an altered state- even for a week or more at a time, not once did and anyone tell me that I had been using a different name during those episodes -so clearly, I knew who I was suppose to be at all times even if I could not remember anything that happened to me while I was not quite myself. Maybe one day prosecutors will see the value in allowing ppl diagnosed with disorders get on the stand and give a first person perspective so that these criminals do not escape the full accountability for their crimes. From the day she took Gannon's life she has done nothing but to lie and blame other ppl for her own actions, so it would be an honor and a privilege to stand up and call her out on this fabricated diagnosis, and help put her in prison where she belongs, so I'd do it in a heartbeat!

@@desireeclaire2044 I feel like part of the reason why they don’t allow people with a particular mental disorder to get up and testify as to what it’s really like is because technically speaking it could be more prejudicial than probative for the defendant? If you really think about, if you were a juror listening to someone put on an insanity defense and then someone with the same disorder they are claiming comes onto the stand and is cognitive and ‘sane’ enough to be considered credible as a witness, it may - even subconsciously- lead them to believe that even though the disorder *could* be grounds for insanity by law that it’s not really insanity. Because they’d be seeing a person with the disorder acting ‘normally’ and even if the person described what it feels like when lets say they are a paranoid schizophrenic and are describing a psychotic break, they may still be prejudiced to not believe it’s really ‘insanity’ because someone else with the disorder is behaving ‘normally’ right in front of them. While it may help disprove people who are wrongfully pleading insanity it may negatively effect people who are rightfully pleading insanity
