had a sigle one in my tank for about 3 years , hes a happy chap .......and he has never jumped out although he splashes a lot in the waterflow , they LOVE bubbles

Mine jumped out and died, it was so friendly and gud looking they are like a vacuum cleaner 1 panda is equal to 5 ottocinculus

RidingTheNightingale I beleive they should be kept in groups. They’re very playfull and comunicative, like to graze the algea in group swimming one over the other. When I approach the tank they swim together in one group an beg for food (always hungry). They never shy and don’t get scared. I have a group of five in quite small tank (40 liters), ocasionaly two biger males push each other to show dominance, but nothing too agressive or dangerous. Very cute fish.

Watch the video, Riding the Nightingale, watch the video and you will learn that Panda Garra are a schooling fish , best kept in groups if three or more.

Live Aquaria, WHY do you make a Panda Garra video (good video) in which you say “ keep Panda Garra in groups of three or more,” THEN you turn around and tell this Riding Nightingale poster that you keep one Panda Garra per tank. Shoots your credibility all to hell, Live Aquaria. You just want to sell fish is my take from this .

Brooks Davis Keeping one garra is perfectly fine dude, calm down. You can either keep one or a group, keeping 2-3 isn’t recommended because they establish pecking orders. One is fine.
