Good day sir mergin, in joy your road trip and go to all beautiful spots and places you gets in Laguna, all comments recommended to you are beautiful spots, and also laguna have 7 lakes you can't stroll there, and calamba Laguna the town of Dr Jose Rizal he have an ancestral house there and you can visit inside the house and one more beautiful spot is villa escodero you can't eat in the table in the water falls, injoy your lovely road trip in Laguna, keep safe and good health 💯💪💖 and then you injoy the beautiful Laguna now next is Quezon province next to laguna province 💯💪💖
I know that place, I used to eat snacks or some meal,if your in a hurry. it's the North side of SM Calamba.lots of cheap resto facing each other around that area.
@@davidconley6267 It's never really been about the taste. It's mainly cause both are cheap and very filling. I prefer to have a meat dish to go with the rice and pancit.
Mergim why not invite Justin in your road trip its much better if you have a companion Injoy your road trip as we go along with you in your. Channel........ Take care Mergim.....
Taste the food first, then try to adjust the taste with the condiments provided. Soy, chili & calamansi. Final perk: Drizzle calamansi on oil-based food to cut down the grease & improve the taste. It's healthy too: the citrus tangeritin will decrease the absorption of carbs, especially the pancit
Tatay means Father (Dad) and Nanay for Mother (Mom). I think you already know Kuya. You're becoming like the locals now Mergim. Nice. Start learning more Tagalog words.
You're in Calamba. You can go straight past Sta. Cruz all the way to Pagsanjan, then turn left going to Lumban/Cavinti then turn right going up to Lake Caliraya. It's about a thousand feet above level with fantastic lakeside and mountain-side panoramic views. Been there many times and it's also highly recommended by everyone who's visited the place.
Also Majayjay Laguna just adjacent to liliw Laguna Majayjay has beautiful centuries old churches and majestic waterfalls plus Liliw is a place to look for excellent sandals and many quaint restaurants that are featured on news regularly.
Love your videos. Very informative and entertaining in the same time. I'm happy and proud you decided to stay in the Philippines. I hope to watch more videos and I hope you enjoy your adventure. Just be watchful where and what you do in the province. We Filipinos are culturally sensitive and proud of our history.
U're supposed to squeeze the Calamansi over the sisig before u mixed it, next time kindly ask them to mix it for u or teach u how. U should have gotten a piece of Lumpiang sariwa as an appetizer or pair it with sisig since it's made of veggies. U can buy 1 PC maybe it's P35.another way to eat Pansit is u can pair it with pandesal or Pinoy tasty or bread.
Mergim you can remove the small plate with the sauce from the sisig plate, so you can mix the sisig freely and squeeze the calamansi on it. Its not wrong to mix the pansit with the rice if you want to. Yeah those ice cold fruit shakes are thirst quenchers for the current summer weather. Though summer came in a bit late this March. 🌤😎🤤👍
Mergim, Calamba is close to Los Banos which is also a town in Laguna. Hope you can visit. It's known for their buko pie. University of the Philippines at Los Banos is also located there which has a beautiful campus. You can also hike to Peak 2 or the mud springs of Mt. Makiling. You can also drive up to the National Arts Center and enjoy the view of Laguna de Bay.
You should go to Los Baños, Sta. Cruz and the other towns of Laguna as well. You may wanna try Aurora's or Ted's when in Sta. Cruz. Also go to Liliw and immerse yourself in the culture there.
oh! yes I miss Liliw Laguna there beautiful spot there Liliw running water from the mountain 🏔️ it's very cold good for this summer, injoy your adventure road trip mergin, take care GOD BLESS 🙏💖💯💪
I am happy that you are so Cool , friendly, sweet and Humble with our Filipino people....Salamat for coming with great smile...God bless...watching you from Luisiana Laguna near Majayjay....
I suggest that you visit the University of the Philippines Los Baños Campus. I’m sure you’ll find may interesting things and sights there. You can also find there mud springs and the International Rice Research Institute Museum.
You are my favorite blogger. You are always so happy and I love the way you interact with filipino people. What we do is watch you on TV then I switch to my phone to mark like and put my comment. We just came back from our six weeks vacation in the Philippines and will be going back soon. Our bucket list includes your Buso Buso and Taytay waterfall. God bless and Mabuhay!
Masarap ba ? I am happy that you are trying the Filipino food ! I think some Filipinos want to eat with rice ! I disagree with other comment that they want you to purchase another rice ! I am glad that you vlog these local small cafe/ restaurants! From U.K. Mabuhay at Salamat sa iyo !
ac sounds actually sets a mood that your in a cold place.... in the tropics, that sound equates to comfort, sooo its not irritating as westerners find it.
That area is so so close to the sleepy river town of Magdalena (off the beaten path but so worth it) as well as Pagsanjan known for its falls. Los Baños next door is home to many natural hot springs, go to the water district and find the free flowing public hot spring. So so fun.
mergim I was also there last month and I noticed that the porksisig is not as good as it used to be. maybe because of the high prices of the goods now, so they are saving on the recepy.😁
Merg, one bit of advise, altho you might have enough money with you or in the bank, try to be frugal and do what the locals do as far as extending their spending capacity go longer. Frugality is not being cheap it is sane spending and at the same time you are helping local businesses make their daily living at least fruitful. Like I mentioned before ask the locals when in doubt. Remember the one banana that you paid for? instead you paid for the cost of the bunch but you only got one. So always ask and adapt so everything will be much easier for you.
My suggest blog all over the philippines area in the province thats the exciting watching for your ride in your motor all food for does visiting you area are is traditional and delicious
It's PAGASA not PAG-ASA, lol! The word pag-asa means hope whereas PAGASA is the abbreviation for Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical & Astronomical Services Administration. There's no hyphen in PAGASA!
Summer? Two seasons only Phil wet and dry, but I'd say March is the hottest month leading to Easter. May starting to rain start of wet season for 6 mos then dry season, but with climate change mite be different all over the world. Tcare, stay safe, salivating watching your vlog 😋Cheerio! 🤗👊
Yes, Calamba is my home town. There are so many restaurants around the area. I know in Real you can find the Aviles, famous in bulalo. I'm not familiar with other places what best they can offer because I was out of the country for almost 11 years now. But Calamba is yes also a Summer capital of Luzon because of Hot Springs around Pansol area.
God bless! Showing us places we never been, so lucky of you.Watching here in Sacramento,California.Jyst be careful in the road, lots of kaskasero drivers lol
