@@nicerecruit4216, anyone can misread something if they only get a glance at it. I was scrolling through my video feed when I got a glimpse of the title of the video.
Really? This surprised me lol I actually really liked him since he started. I was nervous at first cause I didn't know him at all. But from that first episode on Supergirl season 2 I've really liked his portrayal. Very old school but new at the same time
@@king_aries879 He was short and much weaker than he should be, plus on crisis he came off as a very plain and dry Superman. But this show from episode one has given him much more of a Superman vibe and his personality is just great.
Yeah, I'm no different than everyone else. When I saw him in Supergirl, I hated him, and thought "I would never accept him as superman!" Now, ever since episode 1, it feels like this is a completely different person! I've loved his character in every second he was on screen. Hell, now I find myself thinking "I cant think of superman without him."
I don't get that Lois isn't the slightest frightened in any series or movie about having a baby with Superman. This is not about him being an alien or having a mixed child, but the actual dangers for her. Just think about it, one normal baby can break a mothers ribs, when turning or kicking wrong. Those two would be what? Even half super could be to much. What about blood groups?
Y’know what’s unrealistic about this scene following in-universe logic? Clark would’ve been able to know she’s pregnant and if it was twins without having to be told. Even putting aside X-ray vision which he’d likely not use on his wife randomly, he has super hearing, he’d be able to hear her heartbeat in addition to 2 much more faint ones…
@@live1819but the dr/ultrasound tech said she saw penis so at least 12 weeks along and even that is hard for a tech 20 weeks is normally gender. Of course I got this grossly wrong. The actresses basically has a flat stomach and we’re supposed to believe that she has 220 week twins inside her obviously they got their sonogram information very wrong and just wanted to confirm they were boys for the clip.
As much as I love Henry Cavill, Tyler has got to be my favorite Superman. A lot of it is his acting, but most of it is the direction. Superman is supposed to be the best of both Krypton and Earth, an eternal optimist. You believe the world will be better because of him. The Nolanverse made Superman jaded. There's a time and a place to explore darker themes, but Superman is supposed to be light and hopeful.
Henry Cavill is what superman should EXACTLY look like in live action ,Tyler is what Superman's personality should be. Tyler nails the Clark Kent and superman personality role so well, but I don't think he looks like superman or Clark Kent.
Comments: Lois wanted a girl.. Me: That’s waaaay too big for the babies seen in the ultrasound for such a small tummy. It looked liked its passed the 2nd trimester 😂
Lois didn’t want a girl.....in the comics the twins WERE FEMALE, named Carol and Jane Kent. They were the only ones of all of his children from any time line that wished to take over for Superman without any reservations. This show made them make FOR NO REASON, aside from sending the message females are less than in my opinion.
@@katmills3978 male children are used for movies tv show because they always pit them against each other for whatever reasons Boys are generally better for creating tough storylines Lois did want a girl. Most women do. And most men want a boy first.
@@swhite7929 I know I know I don’t sit there and be like oh that’s Derek, I just have that tiny little voice in my head telling me oh he’s similar to Derek in this way and that. @@Gundam_JAY No, it was a single birth. But apparently my birth canal is too small to pass children. She was a normal 7 lbs 15 oz baby. Thank goodness for modern tech advances that makes c-sections so much safer as an option now for those who can't pass naturally. I still can't believe I went 56 hours too, but I was so determined to try to make it naturally...
@@Jolmev nah I don't think so I'd argue these last two seasons are thr best we got out of "modern" flash. That being post seasons 1 and 2 of course. Season 6 finally featured a villain that wasn't completely turn good based on the power of family and season 7 has a good start. First arc not so good but second is definitely going to be better.
So this means... One must never realise what he or she wanted... And then the one got more? Man... I must say I never wanted a life partner then... Maybe I'll get 2 of them... 😅🤣🤣🤣
@@viperakmal be careful what you wish for, because Fate are fickle matter. You might ends up in a rape gang bang, thrown to the river and drowned. Seen too many corpses with those signs before....
One of my favorite shows is Smallville, but this show is about Adult Superman. It's actually very realistic and its pretty good. The actors/actresses can really act.
Okay so basically, in Crisis, Clark was not a Paragon. This means he does not remember the life her had pre-Crisis. Post-Crisis, he has 2 twin boys. He got his memories restored by J'onn, but this is his life now, and it is canonically there. The only parts that are a bit iffy is Clark saying he is the only Kryptonian left, when ya know, it's a spinoff show of Supergirl, but I think that's just a writers thing. Also the fact the Fortresses of Solitude look different in SG and S&L, but that's probably more of the fact S&L has a bigger budget that any Arrowverse show, including its parent show. However, all these details can lead us to believe that S&L is indeed set on another Earth, an Earth where Supergirl was never born, is still stuck the Phantom Zone, etc. But it is still set on Earth Prime, and this is further reinforced by the fact that the John Diggle we all know is guest-starring on the show. I personally think that S&L is trying to distance itself from the Arrowverse, which would be fine, but the show is a direct spinoff of a core Arrowverse show, it's not just a Superman show like Smallville, it already has deep connections within the Arrowverse. I think they should just focus on continuing to contribute to the Arrowverse. It is a good show and fits well with the rest, and it's just disrespectful to downright ignore Supergirl and other Arrowverse shows in its lore.
To be fair to the guys, the recent Arrowverse show is just... It's not a very good thing to really attach your name to them at the moment. Notice how little controvercy there were with *Superman & Lois* show? I think they did the RIGHT thing to establish their own show first without being chained up by the other show, to prove what they can do on their own. It doesn't nessessarily mean they outright IGNORED their connections, but to build a foundation where people can see them as they are, instead of "just another expansion of an already established show". In the future, who knows? Maybe there would be another big crossover event.
@@zacksilverstone7642 I agree, unlike the OC I actually like that they didn't connect themselves too much to the arrowverse. The only arrowverse show I really watched and was a fan of is the flash but now, I'm not gonna lie, the arrowverse is pretty shitty. I'd rather them not ignore everything that happened but also try to build their show apart from the shitty last seasons of their every other shows
The Crisis of Infinite Earths give them two babies. That alone made me very excited and then now they are grown up. I think it is better though if the two have each half of Superman's power.
@@Blankblankblankblankblankblank I'm a Snyder fan and yet I LOVE Tyler's Superman in Superman & Lois.. so no I'm not one of those fans who like only one actor or franchise

Plot twist she was at the fortress of solitude and Clark's father's A.I killed that baby girl because it's a girl (wouldn't be surprised if that will be revealed at some point )
@@ChrisAtheist I don't think the A.I. had the ability to kill the baby without them noticing, and if they knew, Clark would have returned the sun stone to his pod and never taken it out again.
@@stealth5758 - He would check from time to time, listening to the baby’s heart beat to make sure all was going well. After all, it is the first time a Kryptonian and a human have had a baby. He should have picked up on 2 heartbeats.
@@stealth5758 That's...odd. In fact he'd already know what was going on: he'd have heard the sperm entering the egg and with x-ray vision seen the literal explosion of light as insemination happens. He'd know right then, in real time, the second it happened. He isn't a normal person with access to powers he is an alien with powers ALL the time. He'd therefore be keeping the reality of it from her...and for what? So she can find out with technology what he would already have known? Sorry. I don't see that being a responsible use of his gifts nor a good move in a relationship with these high stakes. Then again. Clark trying to have kids at all is irresponsible to me: the job of being Superman is helping strangers by putting himself in harm's way. Because he can take it. So ok he wants kids? First he needs to quit being Superman so that his villains can't target his kids. Exactly like in this show.
My guess is that something happened post crisis (& current supergirl/flash timeline) to make him the "last/only kryptonian" on earth. afterall, this is 15 or so years from crisis.
@@Saberblast58 I don’t think this show is in the crisis cannon. They don’t ever mention the other DC characters/towns/relevance. Plus if the kids are 14 that means it’s 2034?
@@melissagerson21 probably after crisis, they altered the time when clark sent to earth. That way clark and lois already have twins in somewhere between 2000 and 2005

So this is what the events of Crisis did to Lois and Clark. In the original timeline when it wasn't messed around with since Barry did mess up with the timeline pre-crysis anyways. They had a girl but its sad regardless about this.
This episode further showed that this isn't the Superman from Supergirl. I really wish the CW had either stuck to what they've already established or released a statement that this was a Superman of a parallel earth.
It is the same Superman. Flashpoint and Crisis kept changing their story. If you watched what really happened in the crossovers, you’d know and not complain.
I really wished they kept the smallville cast for this show. I feel like Clark did Lois dirty in those last episodes considering she kept her virginity for him. Smt. This would have been a very nice continuation for them
its a good show not what i was expecting but I'm not displeased cut down on Jordan emo side a little would nice. Also dont f him over with that vampire diaries bs girl playing with two brothers because you guys love pulling that bs
Superman baby will just kill lois.. I think so.. In comics i read lois actually dies and superman and diana get married and have a daughter.. Superman have two son one boy which was made in lab and one girl from diana
Imagine the potential fatalities. The most likely Is she gets super kicked but imagine getting lasered from the inside, or your belly becoming solid ice.
never watched the show i always thought superman would be better as a drama cuz he's invincible so the action genre would be pretty boring for him cuz he'd always win, or you would have to always use kryptonite or mess up his power scaling. either way better as a drama. i can why lois is scared of twins she already has to deal with one superpowered baby, now two is scary.
Lois wants a girl. Gets 2 boys instead, whether or not the first one was to be a boy or girl was 50:50 chance but to get a boy twice is 1/4 of a chance. Life’s kinda funny.
i dont watch this show but isnt this and supergirl show tied together?? didnt they go to Argo to have the baby and was to suppose to have one but then the timeline changed and turned into twins?
